We love Salon Ultimate for it's ease of use with our med spa.

This software looks great when you see it but, does not perform as it should.

Difficulty setting up promotions. Using the app has been a little difficult.

There's really no comparison between what Salon Ultimate can do compared to what we used before.

The support team is always available,it is a joy working with everyone and any issues are taken care of quickly and efficiently.

Ve owned my salon 4 years. This is my 3rd and thank goodness my final software.

I'm set up to send out birthday notifications but I believe they all go to Spam so my clients never acknowledge seeing the announcements with their birthday discounts.

Very easy to understand, outstanding technical support. Offers easy, learning video's.

Also when an appointment is cancelled there should be some type of way to track all history.

Not easy to learn features by a click of a button. Don’t know how to fix missed information from previous days.

It allows customers to book appointment for time slots available across multiple locations, and salon owners can track appointments booked by customers and send confirmation emails or text messages to customers.

The DARCI module helps automate business management tasks such as text and email messaging, appointment confirmations, running promotions, marketing campaigns, closing reports and more. It also offers a social networking interface for sites such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Yelp.
