Simple de usar

La capacitación , me cuesta encontrar elementos en el manual de uso . (Ejemplo armado de listado csv que puedo agregar que no)

Bad support

Good. Not great, but it was a good tool for a few years.

Pros

Automation. Being able to operate remarketing campaigns easily is something that worth

Cons

We stopped using emBlue because it had a few bugs while programming emails and the support doesn't even exist! So it was very hard to go through it

Because our new accounts manager used to work there and told us it would be the better option.

Herramienta muy util

Es positiva pues su servicio de atención al cliente es magnífica y porque la herramienta ha evolucionado bien de acuerdo a las necesidades del mercado.

Pros

Emblue ha permitido diversificar los servicios brindados por la agencia lo cual ha permitido marcar un valor agregado como negocio.

Cons

El envío de adjuntos tiene muchas consideraciones que no están claras y que no permiten desarrollar campañas efectivas en corto tiempo. Se requiere siempre de la mano del soporte técnico para elaborarlas.

Excelente venta, muy lenta la implementación y el acompañamiento.
