The experience so far is great. They are constantly improving the tools and have great support.

First of all, the UI is super clean, intuitive and simple to navigate.

It takes a bit to setup and doesn't have Segment support.

Also, the basic workings of the automation tactics makes it seem relatively easy to use, but once you try to set it up it can be a bit confusing and tricky to set up.

I had difficult time setting up the software. Initially, automation worked against me because I was not using it right.

The Creative studio showing us which add creatives and copy performed the best - we've had a few surprises... and it helps to guide our creative thinking for future ad campaigns.

It's a nice change of pace and we're happy to explore more benefits.

There was a definite learning curve but with help from a Madgicx customer success team, we were able to identify a strategy to improve the performance of my FB ads.

I have run into issues multiple times when some rules fire when not needed and vice versa. Some good-performing ad sets get paused and bad ones unpaused.
