Tailored to our needs
As you work with Rate Wise you can easily change your configuration to optimize the automated suggestions. It gives you a clear overview on the business and reduces the time you need to invest on making decisions based on your market.
CONSIt is a matter of time but I am not yet able to upload my rates directly into my PMS. Once this feature is ready it will reduce time and risk of errors by manually putting in the data.

Overall it has been fantastic. If you need support then they are quick to respond. It makes a true difference in managing your rate strategy effectively the amount of information that you get from the system and reports is really detailed and really does assist in making revenue management business decisions.
PROSThe system is great, its an easy effective rate management system that really does manage your room inventory on a daily basis allowing you to make the correct revenue management decisions. Ensuring that you are maximizing on high demand days and hi-lighting key dates in future months.
CONSNot really a negative it was just a matter of getting used to the system and reports but once you start to use them daily you realise how much information is gathered in them.

Rate Tiering and analysis, comparing market segments. Using the data to see where there are discrepencies
PROSWhat I really liked about this software was its ability to condense information and have it all in one place. Previously the analysis it provides would have been generated on different PMS reports, but it is all there now at the click of a button. It is also useful for analysing rate changes as it again it is all on one screen instead of flipping between screens.
CONSIntegrations was simple enough with a bit of preparation, generally it is easy to use if you know how so I have not come across any cons.

How Rate Wise made my life easier
We eliminate a lot of manual and time consuming work. Now that hotels are short staffed due to Corona, we get these automated reports and see clearly which action to take even 365 days out. This gives me as a team leader the confidence that we are not missing any signals of recovery or further decline and we can action accordingly.
PROSMost important is that this software connects to our PMS system so we have daily automated reporting on pick up, rates, segmentation and this 365 days out. This gives clear guidance to action on revenue management or sales. This allows us to save a lot of time on reporting so we have more time for action.
CONSInitially not all the functionality was available but since a few months now, we have full use of the system.

Revenue tool - very userfriendly
Userfriendly - analysis is easy to be done - you can see in a minute where opportunities are to increase your rate setting or implementing restrictions. Support is really good and very quick (not a lot of providers offer this quick support).
PROSDashboard snapshots very easy to read - quick implementation - segmentation breakdown - rate suggestions - compatibility PMS system
CONSExport of reporting (files contain a lot of data, which takes a bit of time to open the report), however, this is still under development.

This is the best Revenue software you will find !
The benefits have been significant in growing our occupancies and average room rates. We are very pleased we chose Ratewise as our revenue management system.
PROSThe highlights are the amount of detail in the software, you can drill down to find so much information on your revenues. Support is also excellent from the staff and they are very efficient in dealing with any issues that may arise.
CONSIt can look a bit daunting at first but once you get used to it, its brilliant. And the support from the staff has been excellent.

Quick and Easy App
Just makes reporting so much easier. Less prininting as all of the information is just a click away!
PROSI use on a daily basis. Takes away a lot of manual work as everything is just a click away
CONSThere is nothing that I really dislike. I suppose the worst thing is my leisure and corporate business segments are all together when listed rather than corporate at the top lesiure below, to help when counting the two sectors....but that is being really picky...as i have found everything else to be good.

Easy to use with great insights
Very easy to use. Presentation is simple but complete, with graphics as well and easy to understand.
CONSIt doesn't have older price details, example: check what was the price of a product at a specific past date. But it does have other revenue data very useful.

It is very easy and straight forward to use since the upgrades were made to it. Takes no time at all to publish and update the rates.
CONSHappy with the software at present. Under Events if the suggestions could be removed once actioned instead of scrolling through them, that would be good
