KCS Experience with MyReviewEngine

Overall, my experience was good. The service did exactly what it advertised and it helped bring our Google Reviews average up to 4.5 stars. The only problem I have with this service is that our volume of customer information I can provide is nowhere near the amount recommended per week or per month at the moment.

PROS

I found that MyReviewEngine is a well designed and simple to use program. All you need to do is provide it a name and an email address to get started and it does the rest for you automatically. If needed, it has options that allow you to customize its behavior which is nice.

CONS

The one con I can think of, and it's not even that major to me, but I don't think the customer feedback tab ever worked for me. I could see that customers clicked the email and did a rating, but I could never see what ratings the customers left even if they didn't make a Google/Yelp review.
