Simply the best!
The support is amazing. I've really never used a tech product with such excellent customer service. Real life humans answer every question I have.
PROSDead simple. Easy to deploy. Effective. Inexpensive.
CONSI have no complaints about the software. It just works.

Great Website and Customer Service
This website gives me the opportunity to request reviews and share patient experience that I probably wouldn't have otherwise.
PROSI like how easy it is for me and my office to use this software.
CONSI would like to be able to send a request to someone who hasn't yet filled one out even though it was requested previously without action. I understand why it doesn't allow but I was handed a business card where we have a QR code, this helps to hand to people to fill it out easily.

I like a more personal experience where I can contact a person if I have a question as opposed to a large corporate company.

CONSCan't think of any Cons. In the rare event where I had a glitch or a question or an issue I got it resolved within a day.
