Armature is experienced, easy-to-work-with, and responsive

Pros

Armature is very experienced in the accreditation space so is able to help us think through innovative ways to use their software to make our processes more efficient.

Cons

Currently their software does not have a module for medical equipment, which is a required portion of our accreditation program, so we are not able to fully replace our homegrown solution.

Armature staff = Amazing, helpful, patient!

We are in the final development stages and hopeful to officially launch in the next 60-days. Thus far my benefits are having an amazing Project Manager who is very knowledgeable, professional, and patient.

Pros

An electronic system for the Accreditation Program at the AATB has been a tremendous investment filled with learning curves and challenges. The staff at ARMATURE Corporation has been interactive, supportive, and responsive from the initial presentation about their program through the configuration of our own system. Learning to build our system from the ground up, how every process will work, and being able to make our own changes in the future will provide our association the knowledge and ability we need to improve the efficiency of our Accreditation Program as we continue to grow. The AATB is looking forward to our launch date and we are very thankful for those who work with us directly as well as those who work behind the scenes at ARMATURE Corporation.

Pros

ARMATURE provides excellent support during deployment and once the system has launched. The system is user friendly and easy to navigate.

Cons

Standardization of demographic entries, such as telephone numbers and addresses, would be helpful. Reporting capabilities could be easier.

The support from ARMATURE has been excellent, we have found the company to be responsive and their advice to be well considered both during and post the implementation of their solution.

Pros

Flexibility to meet the bespoke (and sometimes complex) requirements of our company. Integration and interoperability between ARMATURE Fabric and our corporate Finance, Web site and electronic document management solutions. Out-of-the-Box features are easy to use.

Cons

Learning curve to be able to make our own customizations. Minimal reporting capabilities. User documentation only covers the basics.

Reasons for Switching to ARMATURE

Out dated technology platform with limited data sets that were difficult to maintain leading data integrity and usability issues.

Armature Works for MACTE and Its Teacher Education Programs!

As the president of the organization I would like to state that my overall experience with the Armature Fabric employees has been responsive, knowledgeable, receptive and great to work with. Everything that I have experienced for the use with our programs has been excellent. Even when there were items that needed attention or tweaking, they were responsive.

Pros

Armature's Fabric for Accreditors is comprehensive and gives each of our teacher education programs an opportunity to expound and highlight details regarding their program.

Cons

At this point there isn't anything that I can express negatively about the software.

I like that it's easy to find everything. The layout is easy to understand and navigate.

Cons

I cannot say that I have something I don't like, there thing that can be improved, but overall I really enjoy working in Fusion.

Reasons for Switching to ARMATURE

eCorp was really old software and did not have the same layout with processes, standards, audits and documentation storage into one. We needed one and Fusion was the solution.

We are going from a email and paper system to a fully online system using Fabric. we are not done our project yet so it is hard to say if we will be totally successfully at this time.

Pros

The ease of use of the system is good. For the most part users know how to use and navigate the system with little guidance. The import feature is useful to pull basic information from one cycle to the next.

Cons

More advanced report features would be great. I would like to create more robust reports based on answers to multiple instruments. Publications that could pull information from multiple sources would be good as well.
