The BEST experience.

The customer service is by far the best i have seen. Especially for this type of software. It is a great management tool and single source of truth. it has helped us tremendously grow our department.

There are some features which are great to have but need some fine tuning to be able efficiently used. The resources booking is one of them. The payslip function needs to be easier and accessible on app. and the T&A pincode tool is great but needs to get a bit smarter e.g. asking if it is a break and asking if they are leaving the building etc. but the team are working really hard in the background to help with any needs we have had.

We started using Evalu-8 during the pandemic as it allowed employees to clock in and out without using the fingerprint scanner. It also meant that people working from home could clock in and out of work every day. Holidays are now easy to book, cancel, rearrange and keep track of. Our old system involved having to fill in forms that went into a folder. If anything needed to be changed, we had to amend or redo paper forms. This has now eliminated that. My manager can approve holidays without having to sign off forms and I know when it has been done. As I work remotely, I don't know when we have employed new people in other departments. The directory lets me see who is currently employed and what their roles are. Finally, any important docs that have been uploaded by management can be accessed and signed off by everyone as all employees are on Evalu-8. It's a great app that I have on my phone and use every day.

None that I can think of, but then again I'm an employee that uses it in a limited capacity. I do sometimes forget to clock off so maybe a feature that alerts you when it's time to finish?

Didn’t use it an awful lot. Before using seek and commit time to training before rolling out.

Good for keeping up to date with employee monitoring snd performance.

Evalu-8 is a great benefit to the company, especially in accordance with Health & Safety and Training. We can log all staff training and allow us to ensure that H&S Policies, H&S Handbook, Risk Assessments, Safe Working Procedures and all relevant training documents are all easily accessible. It is a real cost effective way to assist with adhering to all our legal duties when complying with H&S.

We have just recently started to use the company document section where we can send documents to members of staff, which therefore allows them to read and sign the document. This provides us with a clear audit trail of staff who have read and signed to confirm read and understood risk assessments and safe working procedures and any training documents we need to share. With a business with other 150 staff this has saved a lot of time printing and sitting down with the employees. This also allows the staff to be more engaged with the business and allow them to have access to what is required 24/7.

Very little wrong with the software, although it would be good to see a more detailed report for read and signed documents.

So far its been fabulous, from day 1 we have been looked after, big company finish with family friendly service, perfect mix for us and would recommend to anyone in any business.

Value for money. Amazing response on help if required. Mobile portal is adaptable and super easy to use. Adaptable to other softwares if required. Really flexible and easy system to monitor and scale up or down as required for all team.

Fantastic. Such great support from the moment we transferred over. Everyone is so helpful and they take onboard feedback and try to implement to make everything user friendly. Cannot see ourselves changing systems ever again.

It is really intuitive and easy to use. They seem to have thought of everything with this software as everything is in one package, with one place to log in. I can easily keep my details up to date, book holiday, see my shifts, receive and sign documents and view my training record.

I cant really find a fault, compared to the previous software we used this is brilliant.

Pleased with the system and think it has a lot of potential which we will eventually use.

Integration with the business was easy. Good support. There are loads of functionality in the system.

When you access the software, to get into the system you have to use the mouse and don't have the option of hitting enter as well. The training videos aren't as helpful as they could be. They talk too quick on the video to take in what they are saying and don't provide examples. I don't find it as easy as other HR systems to produces documents.

Functionality is mainly good and very user friendly. Questions are always answered really quickly. 1:1 training is offered if needed.

Set up of automatic annual leave entitlement once relevant info is in place e.g. start date etc.

Struggling with setting up Supervision templates

This has been the best tool I have used in my 15 year managing experience, evalu-8 also helps control with absences and trends and works well using the Bradford factor.

This software is good for various reasons the first being engagement with employees using the anniversary tool. This program is excellent for monitoring trends and kpis which I vital within a manufacturing environment. And using the attachment tool this enables me to store reviews and general documents on the individuals profile. In short this program gives me time and that is important.

To date I have not come across anything I don’t like

Easy to use and can retain information from across the business not just for HR use.

The software is easy to use and allows the user to retain all documents required from HR, Health and safety through to Transport in one area. The use of widgets and been able to modify your own dashboard is a key feature, you are provided with the information you require without any effort.

Navigation - Access and navigation is very good but i am to be picky quick access buttons on screens could be added to help you navigate from screen to screen in a shorter time.
