Out of the box templates and apps help designers were a great foundation to further develop apps to met project requirements and goals.

The system is taking multiple systems into one place for my company, the customizing has been great due to the amazing customer service.

There is nothing about the software that I don't like.

They offer a great deal of flexibility with choosing the right 'package' to meet your organization's needs and budget. The professionalism and level of support (and patience) is unmatched.

Worth the Money if You have an Employee to Dedicated Time to the Job.

The documentation  package is not compliant, execution and the documentation effort was poor. URS, FRS, Guides are not even accurate, much less complete.

Fast, Flexible and easy to develop rapid prototyping on the fly.

I have found that app development can occasionally be a pain to get done properly but this is due to how much stuff is interconnected.

Overall experience with Intellect is great. Everyone at Intellect is very helpful and great to work with.

The drag and drop technology makes designing fun. Updating object properties is straight forward.

Ease of uploading information and flow of information. Pretty straightforward to understand.

Customer service is poor to follow up on reported issues. Required back-up on every instance of a help desk ticket (backups only done through company our IT).

Somewhat user friendly with room to leave detailed notes.

The other great feature is the ability to create custom applications. This allows us to tailor the software more to our needs.

The ease of global deployment was a significant benefit in our implementation.

The other item that made this software a top choice was the ability to configure the software without having  programming experience.

Very flexible and powerful platform, easy to reconfigure the OOTB and build new app, while complying with regulations.

I have very limited use of the product. We have yet to launch things here and i am scheduled to attend a training session at the end of august on the product.

Intellect can address so many business operations processes from large, complex integrated applications to day-to-day, routine, small but necessary automations.

I think that the Auto Documentation Report is a burden.

Reporting can be tricky. Overall, the UI can be trick and take awhile for the averae user to get used to.

It can be confusing at times knowing where to go to connect different documents and functions.

The same goes for the tolerances of the numeric fields. Once the parameters (number of spaces before and after a decimal point) are set, there is no changing the field.

While the framework required more work than we anticipated, overall the Keylight GRC platform has been a good first step into the GRC tool space.

What I like most about LockPath Keylight is the flexibility and ease of use use. Unlike other GRC tools, I do not need an entire support team to make rapid changes and add value.

Keylight makes the complex tasks involved in vendor management easy to handle. From vendor communications to information retention, Keylight does it all and in a fairly user friendly way.

Ease of providing user administration. Ease of monitoring progress of completion of questionnaire.

Keylight is easy to use and easy to configure to suit your needs.

I like that it helps me organize my GRC functions, helps automate things and takes out a lot of the manual work that GRC usually requires. It is like another resource.

The platform is highly stable and provides great insights to our data across our environments.

Professional Service hours have been very useful in working through more advanced requirements and gaining a more robust training to the system.

The roles can be a little confusing, when we set up users, it is sometimes a challenge to determine what access they need, especially for people in IT.

Excellent customer service, intuitive and easy to use. Layout and menus are well suited for navigation and functionality.

Seeking Tool for Risk Management and Workflow (Rm & Cm Applications).

I guess what I'm trying to say is, the Keylight GRC platform helps take some of the complexity out of GRC.

Keylight is completely configurable and extremely adaptable. It has powerful yet simple-to-produce reporting capabilities that enable metrics and provide transparency with ease.

Excellent customer support and the ability for me to use the product however our organization sees fit.

I feel it's going to be a great asset, but getting it operational seems time-consuming and labor-intensive.

Ve had an excellent experience with Lockpath’s Keylight tool and highly recommend it.

The number of features is pretty great and it seems like it's going to be a powerful tool once it's operational.
