They are always open to help and are very communicative. Plus it is very easy to use and track the changes that were made about anything.

It is also a bit hard to learn the software because it uses Ruby language which means you need to have some Ruby knowledge.

Furthermore, you should be very careful when selecting the community, because it is hard to switch from one to another. Another thing that I dislike is their dashboard.

It is a productive tool which helps in automation and setting the IT infrastructure. It also helps us in adopting the DevOps practice like version control, code review, testing and in integration.

A positive experience, really changed the game when it easily managing a growing number of machines which comes hand in hand with scaling of a company.

Poor - due to the custom Ruby coding (engineering level expertise required) it just doesn't scale for our enterprise.

It's a Very powerful tool for managing configuration of large estates, can be adapted to suit many different use cases.

What I like about this software is that it keeps everything perfect and in its place, plus I can control the changes that are needed for my business to grow.

Another thing that I like about this software is that reduces my time spent on building the software. If you know what you are doing on Puppet, you can easily do the job in a short period.

Puppet is a good product to eliminate repeated works, such as pushing the same configuration across multiple systems.

Even though there are no obvious issues with puppet, here are a few. The dashboard is not available.

A bit hard to learn for system admonistrators as it uses Ruby based language and requires some knowlende of Ruby.

The choice of modules for a wide range of products is very impressive. Also appreciate the open source community.

Overall, I like this software, it’s easy to use it has everything that you need.

The StandardFusion support team have been amazing, and onboarding was great. They helped load and setup the system based on our existing SOC 2 reports.

While only providing SSO to enterprise clients is common, this practice should be heavily discouraged.

StandardFusion may not be the most feature-rich and user-customizable RMS solution out there, but whatever was shown seemed to be designed and implemented with thought and care.

There are minor complaints about editing documents inside the product, but for us it has never been an issue. Standard Fusion is always updating and adding new features.

Standard fusion properly cross links and allows us to only have to manage one tool instead of 4 spreadsheets. This has allowed us to save several hours of resource time every week.

The product is easy to use and easy to get started. The interface is clean and friendly and customer support is there to help you every step of the way.

StandardFusion has a good price-performance ratio compared to other manufacturers. Includes Risk Management, Audit Management, Compliance Management, and Vendor & Third-Party Assesment's.

There are basic functionalities that are missing (e.g. selecting multiple filters) and have to be incorporated with future releases which shows the commitment of the team, but still it is not ideal.

The best part of StandardFusion is working with their Customer Success team. They are very prompt in answering all of our inquiries.

Integration/import of spreadsheets for fragmented risk registers, integration of existing or new regulatory standards for audit purposes, integration with 3rd party apps like Jira.

D responsive and knowledgeable customer support (trust me, I know vendor support that sucks when I see it – because I’ve definitely seen enough of it).

Software is easy to use and train new users on. Workflows are setup for easy of use and the features for working with third parties are great.
