  • Pros

  • Farhan was very helpful kind and knowledgeable throughout the whole process of setting up our brightsafe online and talking us through how to use the software to get the best usage out of it.
  • The training was efficient and very helpful, reflecting a very good system that will help with the day-to-day management of H&S.
  • That's worth more to me than any glowing review about how good its e-learning will be for me team, or how knowing when to schedule certain tasks.
  • Cons

  • The accident reporting is restricted to responsible persons so users cannot report accidents but they can report hazards. The risk assessment feature is some what lacking and basic feeling.
  • The layout of the risk assessments is poor when printed with pages overrunning and no real format. In landscape and with a table would look much better.
  • There can be a lot to take in and the e-training is very dry, having done one course I would struggle to do more.

  • The customer support has been amazing and they have been very helpful with the implementation and setup of the product.
  • The customer service is outstanding. The employees are very knowledgeable of the system and take the time to learn your business to ensure the proper solutions are deployed.
  • The implementation team offer many industry best practices as solutions to questions and are also highly competent in listening to your requirements and doing whatever is necessary to fulfill them.
  • Cons

  • There is no “mass” reassign for the entire platform. Reassignment must be managed by each module.
  • For years our incoming inspections was a manual process with the use of handwritten notes in folders. Today we no longer use folders and capture all the data in Salesforce using ComplianceQuest.
  • We began implementing Change Order, Controlled Document, and Training only to leave it mid-stream to implement Incident Management.
