Life-changing application
This tool helps us maintain better accountability and track the progression of actions made to improve our processes. It is easy to use, and the customer service is impeccable!
PROSEasy to use features that helped us integrate our cleaning procesures, quality management and production meetings fully into a single tool.
CONSCustom dashboards are lacking, but Tervene offers an API to set up your own in an outside app.

Paper Machine Improvements - Tervene's Positive Impact
Tervene has given our mill a tool that captures a lot of issues and action items that in the past were either forgotten or not acted upon in a timely manner. Audits and Gemba Walks are providing valuable information that allow mill leadership to better support operations and improve overall stability and performance.
PROSTervene is a great all in one commmunication tool that can help anyone whether a plant manager or operator effectively communicate and follow the operation. The built-in accountability mechanisms make follow-ups easy, meetings more effective and operations planning more accurate and effective.
CONSGeneral lack of auto-populating features make for a lot of repetition that can be time consuming and of little value.

CONSWould gain by adding AT LEAST 1 level of sub dimension Lacks flexibility in user permission management Lacks customizable fields in Comments Project management and Improvement modules are not efficient, and as such are not used Audit modules: information and photos do not follow when you create a task or 'Écart', user must duplicate work.

The overall capacity to merge many of our needs in a single system.
Reasons for switching to Tervene
In this case, less is more. Less systems to manage, to swich from one another in order to achieve what you need to be done. Less systems to support. And we gain Gamba walks and Audits.

Nice DMS software
It is easy to use and to implement. Every user is able to start using Tervene within few hours. It helps to keep tracking of the tasks shared between the organization. It accelerates the resolution of them.
CONSIt is not easily connected to Office 365 tools.

Shop floor controll and information
Tervene gives me a tool to document, track, recall and direct shop floor needs . Request assistance as needed. Document issues and there effective corrections.

Tervene: the best option to connect and digitalize processes, task and meeting
Very friendly user. Multi-module software: all in one. It's very easy to integrate with a manual DMS process
