  • Pros

  • Established a business phone #, a conference call # and voicemail in a matter of minutes. I love that you can text from the web app.
  • Affordable price for small businesses with great user interface. Apps are available for all platforms.
  • Cons

  • They want you to pay a ridiculous amount in fees that no other virtual phone company charges. There's no separate contact list for the account.
  • I have experienced times where there is no alert that I have a missed call or voicemail unless I check the app itself.

  • Customer service is quick to respond and VERY helpful as well which is lovely.
  • Lessonly made it super easy. You could just go in and answer directly on your computer and you could see your responses after you submit for when you review the answers with the group.
  • Cons

  • Integration was a bit hard to do with Salesforce.
  • There is nothing that has really proven to be a problem.
