"The training courses are relevant and easy to understand as well as provide good knowledge check support throughout to highlight important concepts."

"Lack of shortcuts for basic processes (user passwords/course enrollment). Manual course enrollment is cumbersome."
"Possible the only negative point I can mention is the time zone difference as we are in South Africa. However that said support always responds promptly and we work around it."
