  • Pros

  • With outreach we can see what sequences are performing the best, which email templates get the highest response, and even when the best time to send emails are.
  • Outreach is a fantastic tool that enables me and my colleagues to be much more productive in our sales outreach.
  • Cons

  • I have found though, that most of the time it is user error, but sometimes errors are not clear.
  • It’s hard to pinpoint something that is bad about the software. There have been minor outages which will last like half an hour but that’s literally it.

  • It gives several options for walking through each step to better help you navigate. It also helps track the amount of revenue from each client before or after they accept your proposal.
  • I love the notifications when the customer opens the proposal and the reports given so that you can learn what they are more interested in about our company.
  • Cons

  • We use our own IDs instead of the automatically generated ones however, every time you exit the proposal and reopen, you have to reenter the proposal ID. It's annoying but not a deal breaker.
  • Also, customization features are a little limited. Not a huge gripe though since this may be a company function more than anything.
