MacOS version is still missing, limits the cross-device usage.

Some users should have access to both brands, and it is uncomfortable here sometimes - no possibility to add same user, users cannot register for second brand, etc.

From someone who has never used Showell, the best thing about it is how easy it is to use, for both myself as the administrator and for our distributors.

Being able to effectively use sales content, means that our sales is able to sell value over product features. Showell’s customer service has been excellent.

We certainly had that and we are working to integrate this tool even tighter to our processes - asset management via Adobe DAM and customer data via Salesforce Salescloud.

We have got value for money almost instantly since salesforce can start using Showell in no-time.

It is easy to use and impressive presentation tool. Especially the user interface that is tailored to our company’s visual identity gives classy insight to our products and services.

With outreach we can see what sequences are performing the best, which email templates get the highest response, and even when the best time to send emails are.

I have found though, that most of the time it is user error, but sometimes errors are not clear.

They have fantastic customer service and a great knowledge base, I believe its called Outreach University for their customers. It is pretty intuitive to use at least at a baseline level.

They will randomly send invoices with literally no explanation. After responding to their team it will take often days to get a response on the invoices.

Outreach is a fantastic tool that enables me and my colleagues to be much more productive in our sales outreach.

It’s hard to pinpoint something that is bad about the software. There have been minor outages which will last like half an hour but that’s literally it.

Time is the most valuable asset and that is what it had cost me. A week of time to try to recover my progress with 0 help from support.

I love how it integrates with Salesforce. Makes calling and emailing super easy and easily managed.

Their customer service is great whenever I have questions and the product has paid for itself ten-fold.

Quickly and easily create a huge amount of sequences to treat prospects differently. Reporting on the sequences to see which are best.

There are some small things that I don't like with Outreach. Things get stuck in failed & pending states and you are not notified.

I love how easy to use it is. The UI is extremely simple, only took me a few minutes or so do figure out how to make calls, set sequences, etc.

Tasks are fantastic, good integration out of the box to SFDC, and the ability to customize layouts is superb.

Outreach has been fantastic but adoption has been the biggest issue we faced. If adoption is done well it will absolutely lead to better conversions of leads and revenue.

Outreach provides fully customizable profiles and roles, and I love that it allows managers to lead their teams to success.

Making prospect outreach so easy and successful. Email tracking is so helpful and gives us an idea on who is the hot lead to target.

And by sometimes I mean a few times a week. They are quick to let you know when there is a problem, but there are a lot of problems.

I automate my prospecting and follow-up efforts through Outreach. Whether it's queuing up sequences, using templates, snippets, or the calendar scheduling link, I've found Outreach extremely valuable.
