Ease of use & searching by Linkedin URL is Awesome. The internal search function is really good too.

I like that I can find contact info pretty easily as long as I can find the person on LinkedIn or they are listed on the company webpage.

I like the simple interface and the filtering tools that are available to search an intended list of prospects.

Some emails that are marked as verified, still bounce indicating the account is no longer in use. This happens only abut 10% of the time.

Initially I found the interface to be somewhat confusing, but was able to quickly get the hang of it.

Accuracy, ease of use, and cost. Compared to others, it is the best alternative.

The information can be severely outdated. That is a major issue with all prospecting software, though.

The lack of consistently updated contact information. I find myself spending more time updating bad domains for prospects then I do benefitting from getting their information on the first pass.

I like that you can use the linkedin contact information to search for the specific contact that you are looking for. I also like that information showing which emails have been validated.

Stock keywords already pulled out of calls by Gong are relatively strong and the chronological view of communication is extremely helpful for managing the sales team from prospect to customer support.

Sometimes the lagging or it not picking up the correct words.

Sometimes the recorder joins late or not at all but that may be a me error. Overall there are very few changes/gripes that I have for the software.

Gong is really good for helping you learn what you need to improve on. Really good for hearing how you sound and being able to go over with peers and improve.

It integrates pretty seamlessly with different CRM providers - including Salesforce and HubSpot. Using it to trigger workflows in tools like Zapier is a great feature.
