Everything in one platform!

I have been using Retainoo for over 6 months. It has been great especially the service team. They take action quick to solve your problem. Especially for whom not good at software and you looking for a platform to enhance your business, go for Retainoo.

PROS

Retainoo is very easy to use. What I like about Retainoo is the service team always listen to our feedback and improve the features. The features include booking, client service history, sales and staff reports, POS, marketing, inventory management and more... It is base on monthly fee and no hidden fee. I compared to different similar software before I started my business. Luckily I found Retainoo and Zaib who is service manager is extremely patient to me. I highly recommend this software which would make you running your business much much easier!

CONS

The app and the platform can be more designable. The app looks bit boring.

Reason for choosing RETAINOO

I found Retainoo at Sydney Beauty Expo. I was determined to go for Phorest. The team was amazing friendly who approach me and explain me the app in deep details.

Simply love this software

Absolutely loving all features of the software and apps. It has made my life as an owner so much easier and I feel so much more empowered to manage my business and connect and engage with my clients so easily.

PROS

Personalized Apps for myself and our clients. I have been thinking about this for a long time and I was blown away when I found out Retainoo had it all setup and ready to go. I feel much more engaged and connected with my clients now. It has also reduced my staff time on managing appointments. I love the ability to view each and every appointment and transaction happening at my salon even when I am not there. This is superb.

CONS

I would love the ability to manage my employees wages in the same system. This is not there at the moment but the company have said it will be coming soon.

Reasons for switching to RETAINOO

The software i was using before did not have any client engagement features at all.

Best Retail software

I joined Retainoo for free trial for 30 days but couldn’t have imagined my business without it, at home I can have all the access to what’s happening at the store. Help is just a text away when needed. [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] and team are always pro active to solve any issue even after the working hours.

PROS

It’s very easy to use and I have all the access on my phone to see what's happening at the store.

CONS

I like everything about it so nothing to dislike it.

Retainoo helped me retain my customers

PROS

Retainoo is a wonderful tool, it had helped me retain my customers by keeping in touch with my customers and reminding them w when they're next visit was due. Clients at the time of booking knew how much it would cost and which staff member is available.

CONS

I haven't seen any thing lacking in it yet.
