SalonAppy is a cloud-based salon management solution designed for beauty and hair salons, spas and barbershops. It offers features such as booking management, customer management, product sales and cashier management.

The booking management feature helps users to manage appointments with a calendar and slot-based appointments. Customers can search for available appointments and book online using SalonAppy websites and the Mysalonbooker mobile application. Once the appointment is booked, customers receive reminder notifications prior to their appointments.

Users can maintain a customer database that includes customer contact information, current appointments and service history. Salon owners can offer services to customers based on their previous services and customer feedback. Users can process payments using a variety of payment methods, and configurable reports are also available. 

The solution is priced on a per month subscription basis which includes support via live chat.

Best choice for multiple salon owners.

Made life easier for me. It has easy access for multiple salon panels.

Pros

I'm the owner of a beauty chain which consists of 3 hair salons and 2 aesthetic centers. It was a big problem to organize appointments before Salonappy because I needed to log off and log in to the program I was using. Now with Salonappy, I have access to all my salons any time and all I have to do is to switch among the panels of my salons just like I do it for my e-mail addresses in GMail and Instagram accounts.

Cons

I experienced some problems with the setup process, but I received a quick reply from the customer support.
