Agendex provides more calendar views about team members' availability by month, week, or day by adding required people, rooms, and resources. Users can send their availability to clients, prospects and vendors via links. Professionals can create multiple meeting templates with specific parameters for external meetings. The availability link presents an aggregate view of all the required attendees, allowing the external recipient to book a time when everyone is available.
