No incentive was offered From day 1 I've had problems communicating with ClassTag. [sensitive content hidden], my support contact, was condescending and dismissive. The response time was less than impressive. The guy they brought on, [sensitive content hidden], to help with sync process spent more time telling me how much he knew than actually doing anything. Over a year in and nothing has changed. #### Ratings breakdown - Ease of use: 2/5 - Value for money: 5/5 - Customer support: 1/5 - Functionality: 1/5 #### Pros Very little to like about Classtag other than the price. #### Cons Support is non-existent, sync process STILL not working after 2 years. Import process spotty. The only school that could use classtag is one with 100 or less students that can be managed manually and is more concerned with cuteness than performance. #### Reasons for choosing ClassTag the biggest contributor to the choice was price and downloadable reports.
