I also like the ability to earn points and use points for items I needed for my classroom. Cons: After a while I was needed more and more points to get gift cards or supplies from their “store” it became unrealistic. I switched from ClassDojo thinking it would be a better experience and be more professional and easier. It ended up being more confusing and irritating to use. I would definitely recommend not using it for elementary school and I said using something like ClassDojo or remind. The response time was less than impressive. The guy they brought on, \[sensitive content hidden\], to help with sync process spent more time telling me how much he knew than actually doing anything. Cons: Support is non-existent, sync process STILL not working after 2 years. Import process spotty. The only school that could use classtag is one with 100 or less students that can be managed manually and is more concerned with cuteness than performance.
