Clean and uncomplicated system
Our experience with Clarus has been excellent. The system has saved us a great deal of time and overhead, especially compared to our previous self-hosted solution. The user-friendly interface and streamlined processes have made our warehouse management more efficient than ever. Overall, we highly recommend Clarus to anyone looking for a reliable, easy-to-use and full-featured warehouse management system.
PROSThe UI is very unfussy and user-friendly, making it easy for our team to get up to speed quickly. The system speed is lightning fast, allowing us to process orders efficiently. Deployment was a breeze, and we had fantastic engagement from the senior team at Clarus throughout the implementation process. The incorporation of Intercom for guides and help via instant chat is particularly helpful.
CONSClarus is a solid warehouse management system, but it would benefit from more integrations with tools like PowerBI and Zapier. The system's reporting and labeling could also be more configurable to better suit our specific needs. While the side menu is functional, it could be made more user-friendly, perhaps with the addition of a full application menu landing page. Overall, with these improvements, Clarus could become an even more valuable asset to our warehouse management processes.

Clarus Review
Generally Clarus is easy to use and gives us good visibility of our stocks and the status of our orders.

CONS-- On the Run section of My Reports, the visibility of the date fields is limited and it is frustrating that you cannot see the full field. This can lead needing to run the reports more than once to get the correct setting. When we first started using Clarus this was not an issue, but an update has made this worse.-- There is little instruction on how you can customise reports or views so that they are permanently set on your account. Does this impact others? Conversations with the help chatbot indicate that this is not possible, but it would be good to have some clarity on this and what is possible.-- Stocks are not automatically placed on hold as they go passed their BBD. This has been a requested amend over 18 months ago.

Clarus review
Once you get into the program and understand it, it is relatively straightforward to use.
CONSThe lack of integration between our existing software is problematic. The tabs aren't exactly clear and very fiddly. It's not the most intuitive or user friendly app and takes a long time to understand.

CONSnot great user/audit tracking. Can not see who/when a SKU / set up has been updatedalthough they are quick to respond, sometimes Clarus support are not completely effective at answering my query or problem. Most of the time they need a live example which we are unlikely unable to provide due to the fast paced nature of our business.
