It just makes your daily freight forwarding documentation & customer service combine into 1 single application. Earlier we were using excel sheets, but now we use it for all types of jobs. Though we are currently making invoices out of this, which is good, as we were earlier having different software's for export and import, but now our invoices are uniform. They have an accounting module too, which we are sure will be good, but currently we are using our own accounting software. Trust me we just said bye bye to excel sheets.

The reporting could be better, though we got reports customized as per our requirements, and it does the job.

Fresa Gold: Their are quite a few but capacity in ERP to assist user in terms of screen specific reminder; Speed of software; exception reports are note worthy.

Relatively less flexibility in exception reports. For management to have more effective grip over day to day operation such reports need to be slightly more flexible to form under different set of parameters.

All sections is clubbed in one segment makes easy to handle.

Financial year should be set on Indian Basis. All sorts of numbering should be restructured based on FY. Report generation based on specific period seems to be very difficult in Fresa Gold. Canceled invoice cannot be reused. If the entry is posted only, will reflect in statement, makes difficult.

Excelent software... 1. Easy to understand the software 2. Very good when we have multiple branches as we can get Branchwise profit & Loss A/c, Balance Sheet and the Trial Balance 3. Option of interbranch is excelent as any branch can pay and book the expenses of other branches by using the interbranch option in the system 4. Easy to control the branch receivables & Payables 5. Easy to customise the reports 6. Easy to get Job wise or shipment wise reports

Other than closing the decimals we did not find any other issues

I can analyse the no of jobs created, profts , make charts, reports, remote operations.

I like the software for its simplicity and most important the wonderful team at Fresa. Every Software will have many questions for team members and fresa always comes to assist our team and all software works but not all software will have a team like FRESA to answer your needs when you needd them.
