ShipThis understands the general procedure of moving goods from A to B, with everything in between and has developed their product to logically flow with cargo movements. The adaptability and admin controlled flexibility of the system allows us to easily tweak and tailer processes to fit exactly with our intricate requirements.

Further development of the customer portal is being worked on to allow more control by the customers in regards to their bookings - the way shipping lines are moving towards customer lead booking procedures. We are looking forward to this being implemented.

As a daily user of this software, the best features would be its ease of use when searching, updating and customization of table layout of files according to user's preference and different functions which is a distinct edge from other software which requires complex operations. Also, the availability of graphic representations of shipment status provide instant details for easy daily monitoring is a good advantage.

Although it doesn't affect the operation, the sudden glitches like appearance of "system errors" that occurs randomly is a bit of an annoyance.

Shipthis is well built and has lot of features which are all well thought through. Most of it also easily customisable. Thanks to its comprehensive customer portal / online quote feature it enables you to be among the big boys and the digital forwarders. That was the main reason for us for making the switch. We're now able to provide our customers a complete solution for managing their shipments online and enabling them to get instant quotes.

We are very happy with the software however, our experience would be elevated if the search option in the Warehouse Receipt Menu would allow us to type one word and all warehouse receipts containing that word would display. Example, search "bleach" and all warehouse receipts would be shown.

we recommend to have a look at the product, In India still on development stage but yes vison of the development is on right direction. which help all of us take our company on right direction.

Shipthis has been very helpful, we were able to migrate to shipthis platform quite seamlessly, their support team was excellent. Currently, they have a support office in India, so due to timezones, they take a bit longer to respond to emails. Overall, it has been wonderful, highly recommend shipthis.

Overall experience is good.Some of the features are still under development and could improve in specific criteria but overall use and feedback from Proboxx team and Proboxx users are great.Using ST was a great milestone in Proboxx history

The main feature compare to other software in the market is that ST provides customer portal + CRM system for the logistics company.Thats provide a huge benefit towards the end user and beside small errors the software works flawlessly and provides great visibility and better control on the supply chain for the end user

Customer portal can and should be more intuitive.In my personal opinion it was build towards forwarders and not towards end user butST team manage to modify the portal based on my company needs.

Easy of use on a user and admin perspective, great support

Accounting reports, tables, data connections can be improved. Shipment tables cannot compute dates in order to determine difference in days.
