Awesome Customer Service and Ease of Use

We have had excellent service with Staffing Nation.

PROS

The software is easy to use, easy to understand and easy to navigate.

CONS

There wasn't anything I didn't like about it at all.

Reasons for switching to StaffingNation

Procurement decided to make a change regarding handling of contingent workers and, unfortunately, payrolled contracters were included.

Excellent Customer Service and Easy-to-Use System

Although I haven't been working with StaffingNation for too long, my experience as a contractor and as an administrator has been great. I've worked with [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN], both of whom are excellent and knowledgable in their practices. They are both also very gracious and responsive to any questions I have. I genuinely look forward to working with them in a larger capacity since we're working with very capable hands. Thank you [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN]!

PROS

I love how easy it is to customize the views. It's extremely helpful that the columns can be changed in real-time - no need to click back and forth into settings. You can also save the different types of views needed. If accounting needs specific columns that I don't necessarily use, I can save a view specifically for them. It saves me time from having to change the columns. The Excel export feature is particularly exciting since I don't have to constantly update my many spreadsheets.

CONS

I have some confusion regarding anticipated end dates. The dates can change from tab to tab depending on if the worker ended prior to the anticipated date. For example, I was contracted through StaffingNation and then converted before my end date. Being an administrator now, I see two different end dates for me depending on which tab I'm on, which is confusing if you're unaware of the actual end date. I would like to see more clarification on anticipated vs actual end dates.

Staffing Nation

PROS

I like the dashboards and how easily it is to locate worker records.

CONS

I honestly think that Staffing Nation is not a a very customizable system, which makes our lives a lot more complicated than they should. Reporting is not intuitive and creating custom reports is almost impossible. The fact that there can be multiple engagements showing up on reports and worker records makes it very hard to navigate through the data. Unfortunately, this may be related to the fact that our system wasn't been effectively maintained and I don't have full access to all the functionality.

Switching to TargetCW has been a dream, and StaffingNation is quite helpful

Great, and if I have any questions, the TCW team's always available and quick to help.

PROS

Ability to onboard, view, and offboard workers directly thru the software. I didn't have that option with the previous agency.

CONS

The different tabs (e.g., Orders, Engagements, Workers) were confusing at first. Now, I've gotten used to it and it helps that the tabs are ordered left to right in the same order as the worker's onboarding journey.

Reasons for switching to StaffingNation

Previous product/agency was disorganized, antiquated, didn't have a software like StaffingNation, and I appreciate the effort and care TCW puts into taking care of all of their contingent workers.

StaffingNation overall is a great system. The training guides are very helpful - we share them with our managers often and try to train them on the system as often as possible as well.

PROS

This software is fairly user-friendly. Our team can see all our contingent workers in there by searching for them.

CONS

Sometimes when I search for them, it's unclear if I need to look for their order or their engagement, depending on what information I want to find. It would be great if we could eventually integrate with Workday to onboard contingent workers, because entering them into both systems can be redundant.

Reason for choosing StaffingNation

We have a great relationship with TargetCW, so StaffingNation was the system we were recommended to use. It's easy to learn and manage.

Love It!

Amazing

PROS

It is very easy to use and has a lot of features. I am impressed how quickly the onboarding of workers is and I like how it manages everyone in the same system. Honestly, it is very comparable to the other systems out there but is much more affordable, which is definitely a plus.

CONS

Not really anything, it works well and is a much better cost than the other things I have used

Great, consistent service

PROS

Everything is grouped into easy to locate or search categories. I can track the changes that I've requested or made very easily and documents can be reviewed almost immediately. A great product overall!

CONS

The only area I would want to see a change in might be the ability to automatically approve any job descriptions that are uploaded or created by the company user. Otherwise, great job.

Great UI

One of the best systems I have used

PROS

The software is very easy to use. Easy to navigate, easy to set up a contractor, easy to terminate contracts

CONS

It would be nice to update employee's information, change manager, update job titles, maybe even enter an effective date for the changes.

Great service!

We are hiring for our summer intern program and found the training and support to be outstanding.

PROS

Entering our contractor assignments and contact information was very easy. And, when I had questions, the service and response from them team has been outstanding!

CONS

Ability to edit contact details of hiring managers would be a plus.

StaffingNation is very user friendly!

StaffingNation helps us easily keep track of all of our temporary employees!

PROS

As soon as I log in, I can see all hires in progress right away.

CONS

One thing that could be improved is for each worker in the system to have their own profile page that includes all information related to them. Currently when I search up a worker, I see Orders, Engagements, and Workers and each pop up shows different pieces of information.

Overall great system and easy to use!

PROS

It's very quick and easy to set up a new worker through the job description creation and offer module. I have never run into any issues with that. We've had a worker start the very next day, so it provides us a lot of flexibility for our urgent staffing needs.

CONS

It's sometimes difficult to view historical information. We have some workers who were in the system for years. There doesn't seem to be an easy way to view their comp and position history. I've encountered some changes not captured from the user view, only the admin side.

Straightforward yet dynamic

PROS

Customer support, the ability to create and filter reports, and "widgets" on the home page that provide statistics from time it takes to onboard to a department headcount.

CONS

It would be helpful to be able to adjust start dates on my own, and have the change reflect on the offer letters. Sometimes job descriptions take a while to be approved, but not always!

Onboarding

Having StaffingNation software has helped us tremendously with hiring temporary and consultant employees. This software definitely helps us with a centralized place for temp workers.

PROS

The product is very easy to navigate and user friendly. It's so great to be able to create and generate the offer and see the status of completion.

CONS

I haven't encounter a feature I do not like yet.
