Creo makes assemblies much better than any other software I've used. I love how the GUI is set up for modeling.

It's quite good program for large assembly files like 80+ products. It's really easy to manage big and complicated assembly files.

It is hard to use initially but get used to it after some time. It is also hard to use the interface for curvature surface.

Automation has limitation as it follows less programing /API integartions.

Great software and highly recommended. I use it for various modelling purposes and have enjoyed using this product.

The features which are available in CREO are pretty good and simple to use. The coordinates can be easily defined in respective axis in creo.

No face to face training. All on line is NOT the way to educate Engineers.

I'm not sure if it's just me, but for some reason, my wire drawings sometimes make the program crash and this can be very distracting / infuriating.

The Windchill software is very clunky and difficult to use. The online resources aren't easily searchable, and it can be difficult to learn.

CREO is easy to use, friendly for beginners and the scalability of the software is very high and definitely worth for money.

It integrates with WindChill database and it is easy to control the drawing versions with co-workers.

I like it since it a parametric CAD programme & very powerful. You can use rendering features to make your design look great & it offers you a lot of feature to design different shapes.

I can say though other tools are easy to learn and might seem low cost, they might not match the robustness of the Creo in terms of 3D modelling of complex geometries as well as large assemblies.

The software is very hard to use. There is nothing intuitive about how to model using Creo.

A meshing view is highly demanded in the new versions of creo.

Software user interface is old styled , its confusing to connect with the database , file size of generated model is high.

It is great for getting business buy in for a new process change or wanting to buy a new piece of equipment and seeing the long term benefits.

Nothing of note, although slightly frustrating that scroll zooms and ctrl scroll moves the window as opposed to other software where it's the other way round.

I recommend Simul8 simulation software because of its' ease of use especially for those who only use simulation occasionally.

Sharing simulation online is an excellent feature to review simulation models with collaborating teams.

So far we have had a great experience with Simul8. In my opinion, this is definitely the best value for the money on the market.

They already had the sale, they didn't need to keep helping me but I feel their attitude is for the product to truly help my decision making.

I struggled a bit with modeling the process at the right level of detail, but that was a learning curve issue of mine.

When you hold mouse over a setting, there is usually a great explanation which is really helpful. It does what I need it to.

Technical support has been fantastic, and the software has answered all the needs I have so far.

You can build simple models with the standard features quite rapidly which is great for beginners but the additional features like Optquest and Visual Logic expand its possibilities much further.

And this is vital when you are using software like this. Simul8 is a company that makes each user valued and for this reason is always ready to help you with any questions you might have.

New systems - first provide objective analysis that the new system design will actually obtain desired results - then fine tune proposed new design to facilitate rapid ramp up.

SIMUL8 customer support and training staff are outstanding. This support is what sets SIMUL8 apart and allows basic users to create models to support business decisions.

The VL interface is also quite frustrating as compared to normal programming languages. Finding commands is difficult, and the use of the interface is not intuitive.

The student edition is a bit slow and sometimes is stop working.

Simul8 has an ideal user interface for the mordern day. As a moderate simulation user, I was thrilled to notice Simul8 abilitiy to be easy to pick up for a novice user.

I have tested other simulation software and can confirm that SIMUL8 is powerful, well designed and robust. Its cost (license and maintenance) is very competitive compared to other simulation software.
