  • Statusbrew is a great social media suite for managing all your social media accounts at one place. We can schedule the posts, check the mention & messages, and analyze the insights of all posts.
  • The new listening feature launched Statusbrew is just amazing. It is helping me a lot to listen to the conversations of my competitors and understand the trends in the market.
  • Cons

  • The only thing I dislike is that their design needs to be more simple as it took me some time to understand the different features offered by this tool.
  • I have been using Statusbrew from long and does not found anything to be disliked.

  • We like how it populates to our website. Birdeye sends any reports on how successful we are on Google, Facebook and Yelp.
  • I love the fast communication. It's nice to be able to live chat with people, way quicker than texting.
  • Cons

  • The problems with aggregation of reviews/responses to various other platforms (Yelp, Apts.com, aptRating) can be a bit concerning when reviewing your actions with clients.
  • The customer support is one of the worst that we have ever dealt with.
