Ease and amazing customer service at Clearview!
Overall, I have had a wonderful experience with Clearview Social! The team is always wonderful to help me when I need it and helps to resolve any issues! It really is a great product that is easy to use and helps to keep our team and company consistent with posting!
PROSI love the ease of posting to social media! I don't have to think about scheduling or what the right time is to post, Clearview handles this all for me!
CONSI always seem to find it difficult to relink my accounts to Clearview when they have "expired" and I have to reestablish their connection to the platform.

A great tool to help team members that are not active on Social Media platforms
We were looking for a tool that would allow our employees and partners, that have varying levels of social sophistication, to help engage with customers and clients on various social platforms.
PROSOnce you learn how to create a queue, it's easy to develop and deploy to users. Also like that we can allow our external partners to be users to spread our content.
CONSI wish it were easier to review and schedule out posts. I use the auto schedule feature and I want the post distributed across the entire week, but it posts them all to the next few days.

Great tool, yet room for improvement in user experience
The platform's ease of use and constant updates of new content empower users, including new members of the organization and colleagues who log in remotely, to share about the company's brand.
CONSAlthough it's a good tool, I would like a better experience when using it. Despite its functionalities and benefits, I find its interface confusing or unintuitive. However, I think there are possibilities to improve the user experience through changes in design. Despite this, I still find it a useful and valuable tool.

Simple, effective platform for social media marketing
We have been very happy with our experience using Clearview. It has increased the number of people at our firm who are posting firm content on social media.
PROSThis platform is very straightforward and easy to use, even for people who have no social media experience. Training new users is quick and easy, and user retention is good.
CONSI would like to be able to let users share a post from our firm account rather than creating a new post that is authored by them.

Social Media Made Easy
We have a large range in terms of social media knowledge among our attorneys. With Clearview, that is not an issue as the platform is very user-friendly. Whenever I walk a new user through the posting process, they're always amazed how simple it really is.
PROSClearview Social is a fantastic platform that makes sharing thought leadership as easy as checking your email and hitting a few buttons. As a law firm, our attorneys are understandably very busy, but they are able to easy share our publications and blogs through Clearview Social.
CONSI wish we could have a more robust tagging system. I'm thankful that we now have the option to tag at all because that was a feature I really wanted, but it's still a little limited. Right now, I can tag attorneys who are active users on Clearview, but that accounts for about 50% of the attorneys mentioned in our captions. I've run into some issues with not being able to tag users I know are in the system as well.
