Ease and amazing customer service at Clearview!
Overall, I have had a wonderful experience with Clearview Social! The team is always wonderful to help me when I need it and helps to resolve any issues! It really is a great product that is easy to use and helps to keep our team and company consistent with posting!
PROSI love the ease of posting to social media! I don't have to think about scheduling or what the right time is to post, Clearview handles this all for me!
CONSI always seem to find it difficult to relink my accounts to Clearview when they have "expired" and I have to reestablish their connection to the platform.

A great tool to help team members that are not active on Social Media platforms
We were looking for a tool that would allow our employees and partners, that have varying levels of social sophistication, to help engage with customers and clients on various social platforms.
PROSOnce you learn how to create a queue, it's easy to develop and deploy to users. Also like that we can allow our external partners to be users to spread our content.
CONSI wish it were easier to review and schedule out posts. I use the auto schedule feature and I want the post distributed across the entire week, but it posts them all to the next few days.

Great tool, yet room for improvement in user experience
The platform's ease of use and constant updates of new content empower users, including new members of the organization and colleagues who log in remotely, to share about the company's brand.
CONSAlthough it's a good tool, I would like a better experience when using it. Despite its functionalities and benefits, I find its interface confusing or unintuitive. However, I think there are possibilities to improve the user experience through changes in design. Despite this, I still find it a useful and valuable tool.

Simple, effective platform for social media marketing
We have been very happy with our experience using Clearview. It has increased the number of people at our firm who are posting firm content on social media.
PROSThis platform is very straightforward and easy to use, even for people who have no social media experience. Training new users is quick and easy, and user retention is good.
CONSI would like to be able to let users share a post from our firm account rather than creating a new post that is authored by them.

Social Media Made Easy
We have a large range in terms of social media knowledge among our attorneys. With Clearview, that is not an issue as the platform is very user-friendly. Whenever I walk a new user through the posting process, they're always amazed how simple it really is.
PROSClearview Social is a fantastic platform that makes sharing thought leadership as easy as checking your email and hitting a few buttons. As a law firm, our attorneys are understandably very busy, but they are able to easy share our publications and blogs through Clearview Social.
CONSI wish we could have a more robust tagging system. I'm thankful that we now have the option to tag at all because that was a feature I really wanted, but it's still a little limited. Right now, I can tag attorneys who are active users on Clearview, but that accounts for about 50% of the attorneys mentioned in our captions. I've run into some issues with not being able to tag users I know are in the system as well.

Works great for our organization!
It has been a great experience using Clearview Social, we have seen an impact on our organizations content reach and an increase in employee engagement on social media. Looking forward to additional features being added
PROSThe "Share All" button has been game changing for our organization. We have employees with different technical skills so it makes it easier for them to share the content.
CONSI would love improvements on the AI feature for adjusting the comments to match our organizations writing style.

Easy-to-use social sharing
The social media scheduling is easy to use. It's also easy to build the weekly share queues and send them out to teams.
CONSThe analytics. I wish there was more built-in user adoption tracking overtime and clicks/shares tracking over time instead of having to export all of the data and compile it.

Ease of use; valuable content
Simple way to provide relevant content to my LinkedIn connections
PROSClearView Social is easy to use and quickly gets valuable content to my LinkedIn connections. It is also partnered with other tools that I just do not use (not their fault).
CONSUse to be frustrated by same box always popping up taking you to tutorial but might have been I never clicked a proper box.

The reach of your brand in social networks
I love the email reminder feature, it helps me stay consistent in posting content.
PROSI love how easy it makes the process of sharing content on my social networks. With just a few simple steps and automated email reminders, I can share company content quickly and efficiently.
CONSI would like it to be available for smaller companies, not only for medium and large ones.

Love it
Clearview Social has been a game charger for us at Rea. It has been so great to get our team members on board and engaging more on LinkedIn! They love how easy it is and have seen many benefits of just sharing more content on LinkedIn. It is also amazing to see the reach we now have that our employees are sharing our content more regularly. Our reach has more than doubled!

Clearview Clearly the Solution
We love employee advocacy. Being able to quickly upload users and share out content with each employee is super! LOVE the new AI caption option.
CONSDo not love that video is hard, or non existent, to use on Clearview Social. Would also love to have more recommendations of relevant content. Wish we could also set the times for our employees to share specific content.

A fan of the product!
Resharing our company articles is so much easier with clearview social. Every week we successfully push out the content to be quickly and easily shared. Boosting the reach of our content and developing our employees brands and awareness in our industry.
CONSThe recent update from earlier this year fixed a lot of my main complaints about the media library and uploading issues. The only thing I've noticed now is that after adding a post to an email send, the content is not saved unless the "Add post" button is clicked - cementing the post. This only took me one erroneous send to realize - but its just not intuitive for when I am training others on my team on it. Small complaint there - but it just has caused a few emails to go out missing a full content block that was writen but just not saved and sent.

Great product for maximizing social media marketing
Clearview Social is especially helpful for those marketers who have multiple responsibilities. A few minutes a week is all that I need to maximize my firm's social media presence.

Great tool with excellent results!
Not only did the tool help our employees to become experts on their own social accounts, it increased the traffic to our firm website significantly.
CONSOne thing I find frustrating is editing my message to our firm team. When I write my initial message, I can easily format my message with BOLD, italics, etc. But once I send the test email, and come back into the message, I often lose my capability to format the message. It can be very frustrating to go through the steps of the workaround, which is time consuming. It seems to be an intermittent problem.This isn't a con, but a suggestion. It would be nice if emojis could be used in the messages to employees. I tried it once and it created an issue with my posts where nothing after the emoji showed up in the message but I couldn't figure out why. After reaching out to our rep, he was able to explain that emojis aren't supported.

Great tool

CONSthat the different platforms expire often, so you have to login and reconfirm, sometimes it takes a while for them to get back to active.

A Solid Dependable and Attractive Way to Get Your Social Media Posts Shared
More of our team members now read the firm's post because they are sharing them on their feeds. That is great for in-house engagement and spreading the firm's wisdom to the wider world.
PROSClearView Social allows team members to share posts effortlessly. That makes them look more engaged and spreads the firm's posts to more people.
CONSI like that the ClearView Social team is continually looking for ways to improve their product and add features. Things that bugged me initially... like having all of our shared posts look the same... are improved over time.

We like that it allows our people to share content straight from their inbox. It also schedules the content to release at different times which is great for keeping our team at the top of the news feeds.
CONSI don't think there are cons. We've looked into other similar software and they lack the scheduling aspect of sharing content.
