Great for managing conference room and workstation reservations
My client (50K+ employees) uses it to reserve conference rooms and workstations for on-site days in an otherwise remote work environment. Picking your station from home and then showing up there is a breeze, thanks to the easy 3D visualization.
PROSThe 3D view of the office is very nifty to find how to get to a specific room or workstation instead of a plain 2D view. Red for booked and green for free is as easy and intuitive as it gets.
CONSThe cancellation of reservations is a bit clumsy compared to the rest of the slick interface, also to see resources booked by yourself in the same red as those booked by others could be improved with a different color for your own bookings.

Flowscape
Experience has been good, great team of people to work with.
PROSFlowscape is simple to use, and has been well received by users. Mobile app has same look and feel of the web service and is easy to install & configure by users. It integrates well with Office 365 for authentication and meeting rooms, with all hardware optional so a virtual only service can be quickly rolled out. Once setup it's very simple to add extra offices or edit existing ones. Flowscape support are very helpful and respond in a timely manner.
CONSAs with most software there may be extra features or functionality that are required. Flowscape are happy to take on suggestions and work on enhancements.

User friendly
Overall experience is great, friendly and proffessional staff
PROSAs the title suggest, the end user experience is great with a user friendly interface. Flowscape really puts the end user first which was the reason we chose this service for our office in Stockholm.
CONSThe software itself I see no real problems with, however I tend to see some issues working with various subcontractors and not directly with Flowscape. This makes it difficult to manage the service and improving it for the future as there are too many steps to go through when we want to change something. We are currently not using Flowscape to create reports from the raw data, this is an area Flowscape perhaps could improve.
Reason for choosing Flowscape
Because Flowscape focuses on the end user perspective rather than facility management/office optimization.

Flowscape in an ABW office
Easy to use and a great help when moving from old (everyone had their own room) to a new, modern, high-tech ABW-office
