In itself the efficiency gains of this has offset the adoption costs by a considerable amount.

The software's support model is horrific. Qlik uses value added resellers (aka VAR) for the most part.

Strong Technology, Great Support. Very easy self service capabilities enabling 3rd Gen BI.

Now we just open Qlik Sense and we know it, the overall profit of the company, also per costumer, brand or even product.

There is a lot of material to learn and a good community. Allows you to build your own datawarehouse using Qvds.

Qlik has no idea what VARs are doing and VARs have no idea what Qlik is trying to tell them. Getting a license key correctly can take a few tries.

Great tools to help visualize data and also to help promote self service to management team.

Only thing I can criticize is that the name is confusing for some people in business unit. It is obviously chosen intentionally but they keep confusing Qlik with Click.

Good for having automated reporting and moving away from complex report builds & production.

Which has improved our scope and insights as well as improved our decision making.

The best thing about Qliksense is the speed with which it can analyze and associate large volumes of data.

After initial setup we got in creating connections to uncommon databases that proved very difficult to get setup in Qlik.

Qlik Sense was very good for introducing performance reporting across a large workforce, with varying degrees of responsibilities & therefore access levels.

The customer support is very good and responsive. A given report can be utilized as a base to make another report so it saves your time to convey necessary info in minimal time with top outcomes.

Great integration with ERP systems and great mobile deployment options.

The product is easy to use. Our users love the speed with which we can now deliver dashboards and analytical reporting.

Integration with business processes was good, and deployment was relatively easy. Ability to produce some nice looking reports for the workforce to help manage performance.

Qliksense has a great interface for building GUI. Also the ability to use custom extensions allows a lot of flexibilty.

Setting up rules for user access using groups and roles can be confusing as there are so many.

It helps you to build end to end reporting and automate it very easily. You can also do modeling aswell.

Other than being user friendly, it was easy to generate a bunch of graphs to show what the data was doing using and editing a simple piece of code.

SAS has been great because I know I'm getting the correct results.

Quick and seamless integration with Microsoft office based tools. Easy manipulation of data in terms of reporting.

SAS stat makes it relatively easy to spit out a lot of useful information about your data. Charts, graphs, and summaries come out quickly without much code.

It is definitely a difficult software to utilize as far as coding is concerned. I had a difficult time keeping up with the course.

The advantage of all these SAS tools is the visibility of the data from all these tools as they are integrated with each other.

I like the great feautures of creating and using the libraries for your custom code and forecating model is very easy to create.

Great UI to aid non-programmers and ability to slice & dice large data with inbuild query creators makes it easy to use.

It's powerful, useful for large datasets, and lots of options for analyses and visualization.

It is fast, comprehensive, capacious in comparison with other statistical packages. It handles the data gracefully.

It is fairly hard to tailor the output, especially the plots.

It allows you to manipulate data and simplify it for presentation and research purposes. I love making tables and doing frequencies.

The cost of the software is high and increasing to the level that sometimes hard to renew every year, to cope up with other incremental expenses of life.

Overall its easy to use. Even though their products are pricey they  include free customer support.

And to conclude, I love the fact that every algorithm in SAS are tested before implementation so adequate results can be arrived at.

Its easy to use since you just need the code to run your specific analysis and you are good to go.

Companies or Schools need to pay for the license which makes sense but without institution support, no one can use it.

It is a very good tool for data processing in which data stored, processed and analysed to make it useful for analysis.

Not so user-friendly coding language, some particulary are a non-sense, in my opinion. Some add-on are expensive for what they add to the product.
