The scheduling platform is so easy to use and keep track of lessons, cancellations and no-shows. In a fast-paced industry having a software manage that for you is crucial.

I am a person that doesn't like to spend too much time on any device. Teacher Zone allows for automation, ease of use and has insane support for when I have any issues or concerns.

My overall experience has been extremely pleasant. TeacherZone has given me the tools that I need for the small business in order to succeed.

I've also recommended it to multiple performing arts schools who have all had great experiences using it.

Their team is so laser-focused on providing an awesome product and assisting the music lesson community, unlike any other company.

Some things were a little tricky to figure out.

However, they also later reported the errors were corrected.

TeacherZone makes sharing content with parents and student super easy. It's an excellent assist to the classroom and one-on-one teaching sessions.

Overall, Ive got a 8.5 out of 10 experience. The customer service is off the charts, the product is versatile, fun and all in one.

TeacherZone has allowed me as an administrator to focus on developing programs and building up staff. I don't need to worry as much about every day nuisances, I can focus bigger picture.

For instance, there are too many options to use when it comes to making a lesson plan. I'm sometimes not sure where to begin when it comes to making a lesson plan.

The Customer Service is unbelievable. The support staff is always there when you need her.

Our music school was stuck using a 'salon booking software' that didn't lend itself to our business needs.

Additionally, the customer service and training team is excellent. You really feel like you are part of a community.

It offers a ton of stuff. I find it hard to navigate through all of its features (which says more about me than TZ).

At times, I find that it can be confusing to use.

It is impossible to manage or prioritise communication. Teachers are sick of me asking to re-send communications to my email address.

We also like that the academic reports are generated through this as this then allowed us to have everything in one place.

I love producing reports, these are very easy to find, lots to choose from. Majority of the time when i am looking for something, wanting to pull a report or entering data it is very quick.

Our School Relationship Manager has always been very helpful and patiently talked us through changes that we needed to make or issues that we faced.

As an administration tool it is excellent. It manages administration content very well and is a great CMS.

Easy to move around and find what you are looking for or the help desk are very quick and the community support question section is helpful.

I get why schools think this product is a good idea. This is because you don't understand parental requirements.

Our overall experience has been outstanding with SEQTA.

I love that the kids results are posted in real time and that I am kept up to date with their progress at school.

But that's about the only tool I have available to enforce change. I really really don't like it, and I am looking to switch schools because of it.

Login frustrations, can't reset password via email... was told to contact school who confirmed the username and password we should be using but it doesn't work.

Overall, I find SEQTA a quick and easy friendly  program to use. I would recommend this program to anyone.

It is a tremendously powerful and useful tool. It was developed by experienced teachers, for teachers.

The support is outstanding with SEQTA doing all that it can do make sure the product works for you.

The support team is fantastic. I know the company prioritises this, so there is always someone knowledgeable to answer the phone and talk you through the issue and potential solutions.

One other thing we dislike is the cost that we now incur if we need changes made.
