Voice of the team

I was looking for a tool to help me transition the team to a transparent and open culture, enabling anonymous and continous feedback. i did not only get that but also a software that allows to get a continous voice of sales/marketing on specific actions, get ideas from front line teams - which are really important. On these days where data is important, getting qualitative feedback on a topic from 1-2 employees is not important to take a decision. happy force helps you take decision with more confidence.

PROS

Happy force not only provides feedback on the well being and engagement of the team but is an amazing tool to quickly get data on any topic in the organization and by doing so the team feels it has a say

CONS

Not sure what to share, the tool is very intuitive and team is super responsive to any problem or suggestion, the software is in continuous development and I see plenty of potential.

Reason for choosing Happyforce

The team culture and engagement, easyness to use and deploy, and initial pricing to allows to quickly put in place a pilot without the need to engage on high cost from the begining.

Muy contento

Me parece la mejor herramienta de encuestas de empleado en relación calidad precio, sin duda.

PROS

Es muy fácil de usar, tanto por los usuarios como por los administradores. Muy amigable, con información relevante a simple vista y interfaz limpia. Genera muy buena información sobre el estado de los empleados y los informes son muy buenos. El equipo de soportes siempre está disponible, te ayudan con problemas que te puedan surgir y recogen tu feedback.

CONS

Lo único malo es que de cara al empleado, está muy orientado a móvil y deja de lado al usuario que no quiere o puede instalarse la app, haciendo que sea más compleja (no imposible) su participación.

Not worth it

Adding a 3rd party to any actual emergency hot line for maintenance adds unnecessary and complicated situations that could be entirely avoided. My property unfortunately has enacted HF’s service; and I can say from first had experience this is a WASTE OF TIME. They have flooded my work order system with MORE work orders, and have confused my residents. HF doesn’t work on site, nor understand anyone’s specific property so they will NEVER be able to give proper assistance in any emergency situation. Happy Force is NOT HELPFUL. Sincerely, average maintenance technician

Their response time is excellent. However that does not make up for their poor service.

CONS

They are a 3rd party with no proper experience.

Buena experiencia general.

PROS

La función de reconocimiento es la que más destaco de la app, esta buenísimo que se puedan reconocer entre pares y/o superiores. Algo muy destacable también es el anonimato permitido para que los colaboradores se sientan seguros a la hora de responder.

CONS

Estaría buenísimo poder modificar las HappyCookies, de forma que cada empresa pueda elegir frases que les gustaría que los colaboradores lean en relación a sus valores.

Cuando la felicidad es el camino!

Llevamos casi cuatro años con utilizando Happyforce, forma parte de nuestro día a día para todo el equipo. Lo que inicialmente era una herramienta para medir la Felicidad en el trabajo, es hoy en día un canal de comunicación multidireccional, un potente generador de indicadores con sus análisis y facilitador de tareas cotidianas. Altamente recomendables.

PROS

Es un compendio de muchos factores donde priman la facilidad del uso para el equipo, la cercanía del equipo que lo gestiona, el precio y sobre las cantidad de Kpi's en tiempo real que es capaz de darte la aplicación. Eso lleva a un verdadero análisis en la escala del tiempo de la medición de los intangibles así como la posibilidad de reforzar lo positivo en tiempo real y de gestionar con resiliencia las áreas de mejora o problemas.

CONS

Nada a priori, siempre que hemos tenido que implementar mejoras al programa, se han trabajado conjuntamente con sus creadores.
