SurveyGizmo is a cloud-based survey solution for enterprises of all sizes. It’s suitable for industries such as market research, health care, compliance, marketing, nonprofit and education. Primary features include survey scripting, advanced logic, email campaigns, data import, reporting and distribution via mail, link and social media.

The solution enables companies to collect feedback, assess offerings and understand market needs via research. Other features include compliance management, data cleaning, quota application, conjoint analysis, crosstab analysis, open-text analysis and coding.

SurveyGizmo allows users to work on multiple surveys at the same time. It supports multiple languages and protects the data by using anti-hacking measures, firewall and security scans. It offers integration with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics, Google Spreadsheets, Webhooks, Social Media, Zapier and more.

SurveyGizmo is available with a monthly subscription pricing option. Support is offered via phone, email, documentation, live chat and community forums.

    It's an easy survey tool

    I can create surveys in less than 15 minutes and get them ready to go quickly and integrated.

    Pros

    I'm sort of new to creating long surveys but this definitely makes it easy to do and it provides a lot of support to get you going.

    Cons

    Maybe the excel csv export option because it gives you a lot of unnecessary fields but overall it is awesome.

    I like the format of the surveys and they are easy to navigate. I think the variety of question types are nice as well as the ability to customize surveys.

    Cons

    I do not have many complaints with this software. I have had overall positive experiences so far and have nothing to report.

    Greedy and unconscionable. Totally inflexible in servicing customers. Love to take the money.

    Was able learn about some of the functions of a survey provider and how they can be used to create quizzes and surveys in creative ways.

    Pros

    Some of their features at the time were only supported by them. This is changing very quickly. There are several other terrific providers in the marketplace who now support the features that were only available with SG.

    Cons

    I had to pay them dollar's over the last 5+ years to host 2 surveys with extremely light traffic just as a storage because they were not forthcoming about their downgrade and storage policies. The features I needed - advanced quizzes and calculations - were only available on their platform. I asked them several times my options for downgrading to a lower plan because I was not using the platform but I did not want to loose my data and the work I had done. Their answers were extremely vague knowing full well that they were getting a free ride on the $/month I was paying just for storing a few MB of data. In the meantime, they changed the pricing plans so that the original plan would now cost me $/month. My old plan went on a "legacy plan" where I could not use many of the features like questions libraries. I have now switched to a provider who supports everything that SG does, does it 10 times better than them - both style and function - and does it at half the price.

    the customer support and documentation are good. works well with Hebrew. have a big variety of question types.

    Cons

    the interface is a little hard to understand. the mailing list not always work properly. the phone view can be tiresome

    Well, it's simple thts for sure. Definitely not something I would use again to send out to clients or potential clients.

    It feels extremely basic and almost childish. The feel doesn't seem professional or confiendential to me.

    Half Way Between Survey Monkey and Qualtrics

    SurveyGizmo provides a lot of enterprise features that are available for Qualtrics at a price that is competitive with Survey Money.

    Cons

    I don't find myself using SurveyGizmo very often anymore. More often I am selecting Qualtrics for large enterprise work, and Survey Monkey for web forms and smaller projects.

    This was very easy to use and set up for a grad school research study I was doing. Didn't take a lot of time to set up and it was easy to edit.

    Cons

    This software didn't have enough features and types of responses for my needs for my survey. I had some very specific ways I needed people to be able to answer questions and this software cut down on the features in order to make it more user friendly, which is always a tradeoff.

    I liked that you could customize the esthetics of the surveys and that you could make questions show or not show based on a previous question's answer.

    Cons

    Reporting was not robust enough for our needs. There was no super applicable way to aggregate data (again this was for our purposes - quality of new hire evaluations). I also thought the design templates offered were limited and I wished that they would have added new ones.

    It was very easy to learn, and when I hit a wall, their professional service team is always available.

    There is no option to store payment (credit card) , they will delete survey if any payment info is held.

    I like how easy it is to design a survey and how many different ways there are to present ways to answer a question.

    Cons

    Several of our users have indicated dissatisfaction with not being able to to save their progress. Additionally, the export to CSV format is usually pretty rough and has to be cleaned up. There are way too many columns.

    The main benefits was the ease of use and the ability to improve your survey score by reaching out to negative reviewers to see how you can better change their poor experience. This can then be reflected in their review which allows for updates.

    Pros

    I think this is one of the few softwares for surveys that actually allows you to change or edit your survey even after it is published. This is actually a very good feature because this allows you, as a company with a bad review, to reach out and change the customer's mind who then can reflect this effort in their review.

    Cons

    This may have been addressed or hopefully will be in the future but the software tends to run very slowly when opening files during large uses.

    The best thing about SurveyGizmo is the default design it offers for surveys that have not been provided with a design, the same platform offers a design that really complements each survey and makes it more fun.

    Cons

    They should fix some other detail in the instructions so that they are more specific and users can understand them much more, and that they have more ease in the development of ideas in the course of use.

    SurveyGizmo has the characteristic of being able to edit a survey even when it has already been published on any website, this truth has worked enough to maintain a better statistic and maintain a much more accurate response rate, avoiding future mistakes.

    Cons

    I think that this is the most expensive platform in the market, it is one of the most expensive prices, and I think that they should lower prices a bit to maintain a better confidence with customers, they should offer more solid prices that actually offer The user can access a platform with very good features and excellent plans.

    It is practical and very useful. I have had multiple benefits in terms of its operation, I have saved time and I still get many satisfactory results from the software.

    Pros

    It's very original and very well designed I love all its procedure and results when doing any work. It is ideal for scheduled polls and I have seen fantastic results.

    I really like the software but if you add more designs it would be excellent because it is also about innovating the quality of what you want to offer

    Tons of benefits - being able to create and store surveys, assessments, manager 36o reviews, etc. And the analytics it performs is an amazing benefit and time saver! Great product!

    Pros

    It's versatile - we use is for so much: manager 360s, training session feedback, polling employees on possible changes, assessing competencies, customer experience, assessing interview candidates, and more. I love the analytics it performs which is extremely time saving--I can print it off and walk into a meeting the next minute. It's also extremely user friendly and forgiving. The 'testing' phase is also helpful because you can simulate the experience of the person who will take the assessment/survey/etc. and make adaptations or changes from your learnings.

    Cons

    Honestly, I can't think of much on the negative side. I have only used the 'free' version since we are a non-profit, and I don't expect they could offer us more without having to pay for it. I do think the limitation of only being able to have 15 (or something like that) stored surveys at a time is challenging, but I understand their reasoning.

    Making the survey is simple while also being complex enough. Adding the scripting to the questionaire is simple...hardest part is writing the script itself.

    Cons

    Import funcationality needs to be updated to allow larger recordsets to be imported at one time. Would also be great if we could copy responses from one survey to another more easily.

    We use this to conduct surveys for employee satisfaction and wellbeing. This is quick and easy to use, can share reports with wider teams, cost effective and easy to implement.

    Cons

    Can be very slow when opening files as we have hundreds of people completing them. This causes problems as employees have issues accessing them too.

    Great tool for building surveys.

    Pros

    Has all the basic survey building tools and options with more robust advanced tools. Extensive library of themes/tools to make surveys useful and attractive. Can estimate completion time, supports adding captcha fields, timers, reminders, and much more.

    Cons

    With the more features a package has the more of a learning curve it has. So be prepared to take time to find all the cool thing in this application.

    Surveygizmo is very easy and simple to use. It has lot of automation process such as sending emails directly to surveyors. The system also allows the layout of the questions customizable by using your HTML code.

    Cons

    I don’t have a lot of issue except for the recent pricing surge which seems a bit unreasonable. Overall I will still recommend Survey Gizmo to my colleagues and friends.

    I like that SurveyGizmo has a user-friendly interface, an interface so beautiful that it does not bore at any time to the person who is using it, and I also like the design of each survey, it supplements the perfection of the questionnaires.
