Primary features include survey scripting, advanced logic, email campaigns, data import, reporting and distribution via mail, link and social media.

The solution enables companies to collect feedback, assess offerings and understand market needs via research. Other features include compliance management, data cleaning, quota application, conjoint analysis, crosstab analysis, open-text analysis and coding.

SurveyGizmo allows users to work on multiple surveys at the same time. It supports multiple languages and protects the data by using anti-hacking measures, firewall and security scans. It offers integration with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics, Google Spreadsheets, Webhooks, Social Media, Zapier and more.

SurveyGizmo is available with a monthly subscription pricing option. Support is offered via phone, email, documentation, live chat and community forums.

Currently it benefits the survey area in my company because with every opinion we receive from this medium, we manage to improve our infrastructure day by day, and also, we achieve constant communication with customers.

Pros

I like that SurveyGizmo has very good user support. Constantly some of my employees, have doubts, and when sending support, they can receive a response from them in a matter of minutes, it is something quite beneficial that improves long-term use.

Cons

I do not like that SurveyGizmo does not allow editing the design of a survey to your liking, in this platform the "orange" design should be for all surveys, it is annoying that they do not give the client freedom to choose the design they want.

I have benefited from the use of SurveyGizmo since I have managed to scale several beneficial characteristics. As they are, a better presentation of surveys related to my company, a better organization of opinions.

Pros

I like SurveyGizmo mostly because of the design, it has blue and pink colors, which generates an excellent comfort when making the design a little fun. The colors that it has in the surveys are also very good, it makes the survey not boring.

Cons

I have no complaint about SurveyGizmo, it is software that has behaved tailored and has made my company more and more feasible and real.

SurveyGizmo is pretty straightforward and intuitive in setting up and administering surveys. If you did get lost on what to do, you could find your way through it.

Cons

If you have never done a survey previously, it is a good idea to have it all mapped out ahead of time as we did not like having to come up with the survey info in the software. We rather put it together in a word processor first and have time to reflect on it first. It is not a negative on the software as it is just difficult to put together a survey and it is much better to have it mapped out ahead of time. Perhaps a better way to create surveys on the fly with a SurveyGizmo interface would help.

Cons

A lot of times when you make changes of a survey, such as adding a new question, then you use the edit link to go back to add data for that new question. However, edit link usually fails to show the new question.

Tons of benefits - being able to create and store surveys, assessments, manager 36o reviews, etc. And the analytics it performs is an amazing benefit and time saver! Great product!

Pros

It's versatile - we use is for so much: manager 360s, training session feedback, polling employees on possible changes, assessing competencies, customer experience, assessing interview candidates, and more. I love the analytics it performs which is extremely time saving--I can print it off and walk into a meeting the next minute. It's also extremely user friendly and forgiving. The 'testing' phase is also helpful because you can simulate the experience of the person who will take the assessment/survey/etc. and make adaptations or changes from your learnings.

Cons

Honestly, I can't think of much on the negative side. I have only used the 'free' version since we are a non-profit, and I don't expect they could offer us more without having to pay for it. I do think the limitation of only being able to have 15 (or something like that) stored surveys at a time is challenging, but I understand their reasoning.

Making the survey is simple while also being complex enough. Adding the scripting to the questionaire is simple...hardest part is writing the script itself.

Cons

Import funcationality needs to be updated to allow larger recordsets to be imported at one time. Would also be great if we could copy responses from one survey to another more easily.

Pros

We have a large sales force and this program made obtaining results in real time extremely easy and user friendly. Fields were also customizable so achieving the results we required was effortless. Interface was easy to navigate!

Cons

I really have not encountered any negatives with this program at all? it's done everything we have asked it to do. Perhaps the only area of possible improvement would be enhanced reporting of the numbers.

I wanted to love this product. It appeared to have everything I needed and when I tested it, it worked well for 360 reviews. However, when I deployed it for hundreds of employee reviews, I discovered the reporting system broke after I tested it and they do not see it as a priority to fix it. I am very disappointed and cannot recommend it at this time.

Pros

Initially, I liked the price and the ease of setting up a 360 Review. It effectively manages sending out 360 reviews.

Cons

As of April 12, 2018, their 360 Review reporting system is broken - it cannot generate reports by type of reviewer, i.e. peer, manager, direct report, etc. and they do not see fixing it as a priority.

I like the integration with Salesforce. We use SurveyGizmo for most of our forms in my company mainly because of this integration.

Cons

SurveyGizmo lately has been extremely slow to load. I have had to put in page timers just to display simple merge codes, or else they show up blank. I contacted customer support and they weren't able to recommend me this fix. I finally figured it out with the help of a colleague.

This takes care of my form and survey needs so easily. There a lot of logic rules and generated actions you can create in your forms too. You have to see how easy it is.

Pros

I haven't run into many things I can't do with SurveyGizmo that I need from my forms. There are a lot of question types, and you can make custom ones. The reports are great because most of the people I send the reports to need visuals, and SurveyGizmo does that so it's easier to understand the data. Of course it's up to you to provide insights about what that data means, but you have a great tool for gathering and reviewing the data in SurveyGizmo. Also, customer service is a team of rockstars. Very fun to troubleshoot with.

Cons

If you update a style template/sheet, your current forms using that style are NOT automatically updated. Since my organization has hundreds of forms and surveys, this is problematic. If you are in the situation where you want to redesign your forms, definitely use the styles, but be prepared to go into all of your forms/surveys and reapply the style to it, and remember to save afterward. It's annoying but not the worst, and it shouldn't happen often if you work closely with your brand leaders to make sure the design will be solid for a while.

As the title says it is very easy and simple to use and allows good access to results and the design of it very nicely laid out making it easy to access all its features, you can be a new user who has never used it before and just become a professional at it because thats how easy it is to use to create new surveys and edit them which is very simple to do and if you ever need help the support features within the platform are very useful so you are never alone and helps always available

I think the prices are really off putting.. simply because they are too high priced in comparisons to other companies i have used previously i feel like these can be improved a little especially for those who are working on strict budgets and cannot afford to pay the current prices this should definitely be taken into consideration

Pros

Very user friendly, point and click functionality with limited training or experience. The final product is very professional looking and produces attractive and useful reports. Is very simple for recipients to use as well with various options for responses such as by drop down menu, radio buttons, rankings and more.

Cons

Off hand I can't think of anything that I dislike about Survey Gizmo. Whenever I have gotten stuck, I called their customer service line and they were able to tell me how to fix the issue immediately.

For many years we have been very happy with this product and the features it has. Unfortunately they are increasing the price to a point where we may have to switch. If it fits into your budget I would definitely recommend. 10/10.

Pros

SurveyGizmo is my organization's main survey tool. We use it for our board of directors election, conference and webinar evaluations as well as consent forms for studies. The full suite of question types along with logic and piping make product a clear standout in the industry. I haven't seen any company that comes close to offering the options and capabilities that this tool does.

Cons

Price - the price is rapidly increasing. Albeit they are continuing to offer new functionality along with that price.

Customer Support - Although the customer support is very GOOD it is not quite what it used to be. As the company has expanded they have become more restrictive on the level and type of support they offer. 5 years ago we could call and instantly get help from very knowledgeable techs. Intensive themes, lots of question types, service desk was very helpful for the first few years before they rush into expansion. Then price raised and service went down

Cons

They kept changing the framework without testing. My survey reports constantly being messed with. Right now I have been put on a "waitlist" for 2 months, waiting for their mercy to fix a bug they caused.

If you want to collect data and have control over it this is a great product. I use it to survey customers and trades. I also use it for tracking quality by making up several quality surveys. The data from them has been incredible and easy to collect. Also found out that I can use it for training and add questions and get test results, pass or fail.

Cons

The product used to be pretty affordable. Next year the prices are going up quite a bit but we still think it is worth it for the data we get from it.

Super user friendly, easy to navigate, everything is right there for you. Easy to share the survey after you build it, and then get the survey results at the end. You can even set up the answers to sync to a Google Sheet.

Cons

Some of the customization options for the appearance of the survey are limited. I would like to have a little more flexibility to use fonts/colors to match our company brand.

Handling our yearly survey.

Pros

I like how easy it was to use. I love that the results are bright wonderful colors. I love that most of the results are easy to look over and understand.

Cons

The 2 problems I had is that I work for a small company that does 2 reviews a year max and even the basic seems expensive for our needs. The second problem I had was getting the results to show to the board of directors was very difficult.

HIPAA Compliant.
Offers skip logic, integration with lots of different options (google sheets, salesforce, etc). I would love to see a direct ability to pipe from SG database. Then you could analyze directly from MS Excel.
Also, lots of different question options.

Cons

Customer Service can lag. No phone # to call into when you have an issue with the software functioning properly.
