Good rollout without any issues. Operating the admin side of the tool is very easy and makes viewing results much more efficient. No complaints so far.

I mostly like that it is integrated into Slack and the admin portal is very flexible and easy to use. The reporting and data outputs are simple as well meaning you can tailor surveys and questions to drill further into insights taken from the data.

Nothing so far, a great customer experience and smooth rollout. I can imagine there would be different challenges when rolling out across a large organisation.

Wrenly is an excellent tool that greatly allows us to receive anonymous feedback from our team members so that we can get everyone's true thoughts and feelings on anything that is on their minds.

The settings & navigation of the settings can cause quite a bit of confusion. Sometimes it can be difficult to find certain things or remember where things are within all the options of the system

It’s been amazing! It has boosted our company culture, increased the opportunity to provide appreciation, and real time information sharing (suggestion box or pulse surveys) without a concern of retaliation if the information, issue, or recommendation is not an easy one to share. It also helps provide great monthly reports to look at the people data differently. Very helpful as you didn't know it was necessary until you have it! The leadership loves seeing how the team is doing, the connections made by recognizing each other and the value we can show how we appreciate them. It's great to see any concerns in real time as well as being able to address them right away. The tool allows us to communicate with them even though they are anonymous and to see we care and want to make positive changes immediately.

It’s so amazing this app works directly through Slack. Creating ease for our team as this is our main method of communication. We love the incoming feedback questions that change weekly, the ability to recognize anyone within seconds, and that this tool can provide the ability to remain anonymous if they feel it is needed to share information with us. I also really love the culture score to better see how the team is doing in different areas. It really aids in learning how to improve and support your employees.

I haven’t experienced anything negative with Wrenly. Any time I need assistance or am not sure how to navigate something, their support team swoops in to assist!

Reporting features are more limited. We incorporated the shoutout feature into a monthly drawing we do for employees. The canned report is limited in its ability to generate the output of data in a simple report.
