I reduced no-shows!!
I had no issues with the app. The support team is awesome. They called me and they answered all my questions.
PROSI love that I can use the app on multiple devices and the messages are sending automatically on the Ultimate plan. I like so much that I can add as many message templates as I want and they are fully customizable. Because of the reminders, I reduced no-shows by 90%. Thank you, Appointfix!:)
CONSI don't have any cons with this app. As I said, it's the best app.

Overall very happy
So far I am enjoying it, there are just a few things I wish I could do on it to make it easier
PROSI like that everything is in one place, I can arrange to take deposits and can take the payments by card on the day
CONSThat I can’t just open appointments to be booked until a date. I would prefer if I could pick an actual date that I can turn off appointment booking from so I can open up appointments when I’m ready to so I can change prices in the app for special offers on services etc

The price was cheaper, I could have a free trial and also could use it for free for a while as I only had a few appointments booked in. I like that I can take card payments on the app too

I have asked for a different support member, As I am not impressed with [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] and his actions to remove payment details of his own accord. I am yet to have ANY help with ANY of the problems which need to be sorted. I thought I liked Appointfix and its ease of use. However right as we speak, we are testing other applications.
PROSI liked how user friendly Appointfix was. I liked how it prompted the address, while filling in (a feature which has since been removed), the support team were helpful (yet did put in place what they said they were working on, being an address tab under a customer details ) The messages were sent from number and I could approve the messages.
CONSThe support team, well just [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN], who is condescending when I asked to have the text messages go back to the premium service with myself approving them. Questioning the tablets I use are able to send text, pointing out they are automated and I can change the out going message. The fact from 1st Nov 2020 we have send 176 text messages and being told we have used all 500 aloud text. This maybe due to a fault of the system sending 3 reminders to one client. Whcih we have had multiple reports from clients. Again a fault I have brought up with [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] and support team, yet to receive a reply along with attached photo. Good customer service

Reasons for switching to Goldie
I thought at the time Appointfix was on point, I was mistaken. I used the basic (free trial) and was impressed, I then upgraded to premium subscription, still impressed. Then as my business continues to grow, I upgraded my Subscription to Platinum and wasn't happy I couldn't send text messages from my number, didn't like the changes to the maps app. And really don't like the support team lack of help.

My honest review of Goldie
I love using Goldie because it helps me keep all of my clients separate while allowing them to pick days and times of the week that work for them and I don’t have to go through my schedule, if I update it in the app, I have to send the online booking link and they take it from there.

Appointfix was our first game changer
My business flat-out wouldn’t have grown as fast as it has if I had continued doing manual scheduling/using generic calendar scheduling. Appointfix changed the game for us.
PROSThe ease-of-use of this software has really allowed me and my team to focus on growing our business without fear of any of our students falling through the cracks
CONSThe only 2 things that I don’t enjoy about this service are : 1) that there is no desktop version (yet.) Using only a mobile version of this app means our team has to constantly have our phones with us, and as a team of performing artists, that really gets in the way. A desktop version would be far more professional And 2) customer service is a little difficult to get in touch with on the rare occasion that they are needed to assist with an issue. (When they do get in touch, they are incredibly helpful, however)

Perfect, but missing critical feature for me
8/10 I always recommend this to my Tattoo Artist friends, so far i’ve gotten 4 Artist to join Appointfix and they all enjoy it as much as I do, it helps a lot and gives us more time and less stress, again, the only issue is not requiring an immediate deposit to book
PROSThe ability to schedule people with ease and have others schedule themselves, as well as color coding thats really nice, THE COOLEST THING IS “block extra time” because i can add the 15 minutes to set up for my tattoo without it interfering with my full hour of appointment
CONSI really wish i had the ability to recieve a deposit from clients to book a tattoo appointment, i get some no shows and its a pain having to ask people after the fact they already booked to send me money to secure an appointment thats already booked by them.

Fantastic and easy to use!
It cuts my time in half having to reply to lots of messages being able to send them the online booking link. Every time there is a problem i get a response within 12 hours!!! I am extremely happy with the customer service.
PROSIt is extremely straight forward for not only the owner but for the customer too! We love how it can be colour coded & everything is available to see such as price & time it will take. Text reminders are also a HUGE win. I love & my customers love.
CONSI would like a deposit/booking fee option to be added. However i know this is something you are considering. It would also be useful to take card details so we can charge if there is a no show.

Getting Started
Overall my experience with Appointfix has been great. I had another scheduling app that was tied to my website but it was not as functional or adaptable as Appointfix and it cost a lot more. It did not text my clients about their appointments which is a big help. People do not read their emails as much as they respond to their text messages.
PROSWhat I like most about Appointfix is the app's ease, convenience, and functionality. It is easy to use and intuitive, making it easy to implement from the start.
CONSI want to add more notes about clients and especially about their sessions.

Makes grooming life easier
I've saved myself some time and headache using this app and it's benefits.
PROSI like being able to schedule appointments, set up standing/repeating appointments. I like having my services listed. I like having my client info saved. I like being able to send out reminders and instant booking messages.
CONSI HATE that every time I go to messages to send reminders it starts me back at the top after I send a message. It's super frustrating. I wish they offered more colors for the services list. I wish I could add in charges that aren't services. For example I do a travel fee that is different for everyone depending on location but in order to add it to my total I have to add it in as a service, then you have to set an amount of time it takes to do that "service" even though it's not something that takes time, so after I add my travel fee as a service I have to change the ending time of the appointment because it adds in that extra "service" time. Id also like to be able to add cancelation fees if I need to. This is to my total, not like charging it with the app itself, not like using a pos. I just want to see those things in my total. It would also be nice to have reminders sent out automatically and i need an easier way to send out reminders when it's been so long since I've seen someone. Like make it so you can click one week at a time or month at a time. Then have a list of those clients I haven't seen in the amount of weeks I chose. For example, I want to know which clients I haven't seen in 6 weeks, so I click the 6 weeks button and it brings up a list of clients I haven't seen in 6 weeks. Then I'd like to be able to send them a message saying something along the lines of "hello, we haven't seen you and your pet in 6 weeks and it's time for another appointment."

Perfect App for any stylist of nail tech
Support is very fast at responding to and questions I may have and very helpful. ALL of my clients love that they get multiple reminders and it has kept me from having no show appointments.
PROSI love that it is easy to use, I can see my whole weekly view, that it syncs with my Google calendar and most favorite part that it sends reminders to my clients.

Appointfix an excellent scheduler for pernal trainer
We have used Appointfix to improve personal training scheduling. We used to have a google calendar of the training schedules with google reminder. However, we were facing challenges such as clients do not show up without cancelling the session, clients arrive late, sometimes two clients appear in the same time due to confusion on timing. And for us it was difficult to send a reminder to clients individually because of the volume of clients. We noticed that these challenges are disappointing our clients and become a frustration to us. That was when we started looking for some tool that can assist us. We searched many apps and we found Appointfix solved all our challenges. By using Appoitfix app all our clients receive automatic notification personalized to their situation (some like 1-hour earlier notification, some like a day earlier notification, and personalized motivational messages), we get confirmation or cancelation notice, it has user friendly dashboard where we can glance at it and know what the day, week or month calendar looks like. Appointfix is not only a great App but run by a team of caring people who are ready to help. There are so many apps these days but not common to have caring people behind it. [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] helped us setting up all the automatic messages and calendars and he was excellent support in answering all our questions and requests. What I really like about Appointfix
I like being able to manage communication about appointments so quickly and easily.
PROSI will not go into the standard features of the software which are great, because you can read about them elsewhere. I will just mention that when I used to send out reminder texts the traditional way, there was always a chance a could get the time wrong and really mess things up. There is zero chance of this happening. I really like sending out the reminders so quickly but it still looks like a personally written message rather than a corporation style reminder. I also like there are many different messages I can send out, so valuable in the middle of the day when I am busy but need to get certain information out to new clients who have just been booked into the appointment calendar.
CONSI have the schedule set up for hourly appointments so that the entire day will fit on my phone screen. However, setting up appointments that are on the half hour takes a few more screen gestures. I also wish the program had a "go to today" button.

I have been using this product since it was Appointfix (not sure original name). So I am granfathered in as a free user. I have appreciated the continued use of this product in this capacity. I did have the need to contact customer service early on regarding an issue. I believe I communicated with Ian, and he was quick to answer, and very helpful! I am happy to give you a review since I have been using this product for so long. I know I don't maximize its use though, so I hope you get other reviewers that give you more data.
PROSI strictly use this product for appointment reminders. It serves me well for this purpose. Since using this product, my no-show rate has dropped to pretty much 0%.
CONSThe push feature for text reminders went away when the free beta version ended. But, I can't really complain about that, I am able to continue to use this product for free since I am an original user!

Great app - minor issues
Fix the failed message after a new client is added and confirmation text is sent.
PROSI really like the scheduling capabilities of this app. Out of the apps I’ve tried in the past this is the one I’ve liked the best. Very easy to create appointments and customize the services your offering.
CONSMy least favorite this is an issue I’ve come across repeatedly. Whenever a new client is added - I always do a confirmation text as soon as the service is booked, but I’ve noticed that I get an alert saying message could not be sent. My “solution” has been to create the client profile and after 15mins, then I create their appointment - wish I didn’t have to wait and it was easy as soon as client profile is created to book their appointments without this failed message alert.

A easy to use straight forward booking program that is evolving and getting better and better over time. I look forward to the changes being implemented into the new year.
PROSWith the business I run it is a very handy tool to allow all my staff to log on and see up today client notes and lesson/session times for the day. I like the lay out and options to view the layout.
CONSthere have been a few glitches of not updating. The software often sends the wrong reminders or continues bookings even though they have been cancelled. I have always written in and given feedback and had great support!

it was recommended by a friend and I did the research and it seemed the best suited to my needs. I pay the top dollar for the product and there are a few changes being made and it will make a world of difference to the app more colours, printability from the app, admin features to allow security from staff, etc.....looking forward to these changes

Wonderful Decision
I was very hesitant to switch from paper to technology. After the paper clutter was becoming too hard to keep up with, I started looking for apps to help me with scheduling clients. Appointfix has gone above and beyond with my expectations. The team is very helpful whenever I run into a problem. Their response is prompt and the team does a great job of fixing things quickly. My clients have loved the convenience of getting reminder text messages and instant booking messages. Since the option to schedule personal events has become available, there is no reason to use any other calendar than this one. Appointfix is my lifeline now. I’d be lost without it. I’m so happy that I made the decision to switch to this.
PROSThe thing that I like most about the app is that everything is in one place. I also love the Instant booking messages and The reminder messages.
CONSThe thing that I like least about the program is that you are not notified when scheduling multiple appointments if you are booking over someone else. There is no warning that you are double booking or sometimes triple booking.

Best online agenda
It helps me keeping my clients in check with their appointments, making sure they won't have an excuse of forgetting their appointments, mostly. And it's really easy and intuitive to use.
PROSWith this app I can easily schedule my clients diff appointments, and now even my personal events (which was an excellent addition), allowing me to relax while the app reminds my clients of their appointments through a simple automated message. Also, everything is automatically saved with the online Google agenda, so that even if I loose my phone or tablet, I won't loose all my appointments (it has happened with another similar app that would not sync unless I didn't it manually)
CONSIt can be a bit expensive if you're on a low budget, and it's a shame that it's lost the right to send the automated messages through my phone number. Not only because now I'm forced to pay for those messages, but mostly because people tend to try and answer the message.
Reasons for switching to Goldie
Because when I lost my phone it lost all my appointments with it due to the fact it did not automatically synchronised with the Google agenda, and they waged their hand when I asked them what I could do, saying it was my fault and there was nothing they could do.
