I love how easy it is to implement and use. Integrats seemlessly with Zoom and Google Meet. We use it everyday in our virtual standups and huddles.

There are still minor things that could be improved to make it even more useful.

Overall I am more than satisfiedand having a great experience with Verbally and will definitely use it past the free trial!

I really like the layout of Verbally, everything is clear and user friendly. All the features are easy to access and very understandable. I was able to quickly organize my weeks and not miss an appointment and/or meeting.

Overall there aren't many cons. I noticed that sometimes the assistant slows/lag video conferences. More flexibility on the timing could be a great add on!

May make more sense if it took automated notes and summarize them for everyone with GPT.

- Sends a message on video conference (in our case Google meets) when the meeting is about to end - Reminds about preparing an agenda for each meeting - Is added to internal meetings automatically so that you dont have to worry about it

- very limited usefulness to be honest - the only actually useful feature is the one explained in pros (reminders that the meeting is about to end) - takes 3 (!) seats in the conference - shows agenda but as a shared screen, so that when someone wants to share their screen, everyone has to adjust the conference settings - the Agenda showing functionality is also available in google meets without any add-ons, in IMO much more friendly way

Regarding, that the software is quite new to the market, I am very happy with the core functionality. Of course there is much room for improvement on additional features and functionalities.

I use Verbally for my weekly Team meetings and updates. The software reads the agenda of my google calendar invite and then screens and times all agenda items. This means that as a meeting host, I always have visibility on what agenda item is on and how much time we have left for the agenda item. This keeps the structure and makes meetings more productive. The implementation is also simple. You just add an verbally email address to the meeting and it will automatically start.

For now, the option to stay flexible, if an agenda item takes more time, is missing for me. The clock will just continue running down. Furthermore, I hope that analytics will launch soon on share of voice, and more.

It really helped keep a track of time, who is speaking a lot more and also keeping on track with agenda.

Sometimes the assistant can cause the meeting to lag

The meeting with our client was more efficient and organized. I liked the fact that you could see the duration of each topic.

Still trying out verbally, will get in touch in case we find anything that could be done better in our eyes

It´s great to keep everyone on track and as a "neutral" moderator.
