The go to Software when it comes to event tickets

Workflow got better a lot and even the staff is happier with it. So that’s always a good thing

PROS

First of all - it’s easy zu use and there is Good Support. The company is more than willing to develop new features - sure it’s not for free but they have the know how and they are willing to: that’s gold!

CONS

That I have to use a software at all - but I have too and then I’ll better stick to a working product that’s working well and is affordable.

easy to work with and so useful

PROS

Integrating this system into our daily work was so easy because of the constant help of the developer. Literally every single wish was implemented immediately. Amazing! There is even a guided online tour integrated in this software that easily answers whatever question you have.

CONS

Events were not listed in alphabetical order (fixed meanwhile). Once you cancel tickets in this system, you no longer can see what price the ticket was bought for.

Super Ticketsystem!

Super Ticketsystem! Als Veranstalterin finde ich es sehr einfach zu bedienen, man hat viele Optionen bzgl. der Infos die man eintragen möchte, kann optisch alles toll gestalten, Fotos & einen Saalplan hochladen und das Ganze entweder in seine bestehende Website einbetten oder als eigene Website verwenden! Die Konditionen sind ebenfalls sehr gut – eine tolle Möglichkeit für alle, die noch nach der Suche auf einem Ticketsystem sind oder einen Wechsel überlegen!

PROS

Viele Optionen bzgl der Infos die man eintragen möchte, einfache Bedienung, tolle optische Gestaltung, man kann es in seine Website einbetten oder als eigene Website nutzen, tolle Features wie detaillierter Saalplan und viele Fotos, super Konditionen, insgesamt ganz tolles Ticketsystem!

Wir möchten die Tickets unserer Veranstaltungen auch zum Onlinekauf anbieten um den Leuten einen besseren und auch flexiblen Service beim Kartenkauf anbieten zu können (nicht an Öffnungszeiten gebunden,....)

Einfach zu verstehen und auch SItzpläne können einfach und schnell erstellt werden. Sehr Kundenfreundlich!

CONS

Die Einbindung der Zahlungsmethoden ist sehr langwierig. Eine genauere Auflistung der verkauften Karten wäre hilfreich bei der Abrechnung (Vorverkauf, Abendkassa,...)
