CONSI would like to have our standing orders transfer to the next season onto the current seat map.

Outstanding Ticketsearch Company
Overall experience with Ticketsearch is a A+ (Great), no complaints.
PROSTicketsearch customer service is oustanding, and the product is exactly what we are looking for.. We are pleased with the service and product we recieve from the Ticketsearch business.
CONSWeekend contact, need to be more available 24 hours a day all week for companies that's open 24/7

TicketSearch Review
Loving TicketSearch. It looks clean and crisp to our patrons, the back end is easy to use, and our employees can use it with ease.
PROS[sensitive content hidden] were the best to work with while setting up our organization. Any question I gave them, they helped me figure it out. Any time I wrote with an issue, there was a reply within a few minutes. Top notch customer service.
CONSWe are using TicketSearch at a Movie and Live Performance Theatre, we are a small venue, and some of our quirks are completely different than many using the software. All of our suggestions were put forward and they did adjust/take into consideration. Just hoping to different fields for the Operator End of Shift report, so our end of year would be way more streamlined.

TicketSearch for Everyone
We do not have a business problem with TicketSearch. As of now, the ticketing system is working and fulfilling our needs.
PROSTicketSearch was fairly easy to integrate with our theater and its needs especially having used another system in the past. Whatever features we used in the past we became use to the new system without too much difficulty and a little bit of tweaking so we were able to accomplish what had been done in the past. The employees were more than helpful and can't say enough of the speed in being able to reach them with a question or concern.
CONSI can't say exactly what was least about TicketSearch except that it was just getting use to a new system. However I would like to see the customer search a little more forgiving. If last names are not exactly correct it will not show if that person was a customer previously.

We looked at two other companies and selected TicketSearch on recommendation that is was similar to the company we used previously.

Love it!
I am truly impressed with my experience with TicketSearch the system is great and the customer service is excellent.
PROSI looked at many different ticketing systems before choosing TicketSearch. It has been great for our company as it is very flexible which is important since we do so many different types of events. We have used it for our drive-in shows during covid, for rentals that use our box office, for our season performances and for our fundraising event. It is easy to add a donation option to the payment path, create promo codes, the reporting options are great, the system is easy to use.
CONSIt is missing the ability to do a pay what you can ticket, but with the customized donations it was easy to create a work around for this. The team at TicketSearch are always improving the system and open to feedback of what their users would like to see so there haven't been any negatives.

We chose TicketSearch as it had more of the features we needed for the events that we hold.
