It was good as it met our business need. But we could not make the most of it because of the users unwillingness to implement all the modules of the system.

Its integration with presales, operations and accounts which gave us clear information of tour wise profitability.

The system we used was designed in the older version of Oracle apps which was very outdated and not very user friendly.

Nothing. I tried contacting customer support right after I submitted my application, as some information was autofilled. Did not reply, and received an email saying "Esta denied".

No customer support. Horrible experience for a pricy service.

My overall experience was fun, it was very easy to use and helpful!

Everything was very was full and I enjoyed using it . I will suggest to and think to use it in the future again.
