I never had to calculate things myself; I just had to tell the program where I went, why I went there, and whether it was a round-trip travel expense. Each entry just took a few seconds! Cons: As a user, I have found it slightly frustrating not to have the option of inputting an address that is not already listed in the address book provided by my company.
