"The ability to add team members to specific widgets for specific websites is such a huge plus, allowing developers to customize their widget according to requirements, based on their website."

"I like that Userway sends you emails, with recommendations on how to use the tool and continuous improvement like branding, adding an accessibility statement, sharing your use of the tool online, and more."

"The format in which it creates the issues makes it arduous to discern which part of the website it's on unless you go into each ticket and read the description."

"I would comment the language selector, I don't like how it flashes the native language and then it translates it, this has to do with how the page loads then userway widget but its not a great experience in my opinion."
