Ubiquitous platform that almost all websites I’ve come across use so I trust that a product so widely available is not bad.

Sometimes, the user interface interferes with the website design & blocks crucial tabs or buttons on the phone.

We are just getting started with the UserWay accessibility widget, but so far our experience with it has been great. The installation and configuration of the widget is straight forward. On the occasions we've had to contact support they have been quick and thorough in resolving our issues. We look forward to getting more out of UserWay.

Some of the UX in the Manage portal (particularly for team members who are not the owner) are a little unexpected.

It's was free when I first time to know Userway. However, it's little expensive for the paid version.

I am not a tech savvy person. I have an e-commerce site that is complicated and managed by a third party. I was able to add this necessary product to my site in 3 minutes with the help of tech support. If you have a website - you need this product!

When I first purchased it I had a difficult time figuring out how to add it my website. Once the Tech team understood my problem, they made it simple for me to add and now I am compliant.

The UserWay Accessibility Widget goes beyond traditional accessibility concerns. Our userbase is primarily students and this widget gets barriers out of their way so that learning can happen. Our users really like the ability to switch the ability to modify the site to make it easier for them to use. To our surprise the most used feature ended up being the live translation.

With the live translation being the most used feature the difference in the pricing model of the Widget and the Translation made predicting usage and getting into the right tier difficult.

So far so good! We've had a great time implementing UserWay and all our interactions with their team have been lovely.

Many of our clients in healthcare serve vulnerable populations including seniors and those with disabilities. Userway plays an important role in reducing barriers to these populations in the community, by making the websites promoting valuable services accessible to all.

The price is high for what it is considering it seems to be a pretty simple widget.

Simple, we help business clients implement an option for their website to be more user friendly to those with physical disabilities.

ADA compliance, or at least awareness, is becoming more important so a widget like Userway's is nice to have and their customer service has been excellent.

Watering down the features of the free widget - getting rid of the screen reader- is an issue for me and an issue for quite a few of the businesses I work with for many reasons, price included. Though I value their service, and certainly value their right to make money as a business, I feel other options should be explored that getting rid of features.

This has overall been a great tool to have and offer our staff a piece of mind. The audit that comes in is fantastic in assisting us to locate documents that need our attention. Allows for peace of mind in regard to website compliance.

It is incredibly easy to deploy and takes little to no effort once it is implemented.

Negative reviews that claim this software is not compliant. Customer Service is also lacking - I feel as though when I do have questions or need assistance - which is very rare... that they always want to upgrade or charge more.

The issues that you're facing with Squarespace.

I like it. It's affordable and seems effective so far after comparing to rivals tools.

It's far more affordable than software like Audio Eye and a comparable solution from Accessibee was also more. Using this and other ones in the real world, i notice no difference and if anything i find the userway tool easier to use and more effective.

It doesn't fix everything. you do have to go in and hard code permanent fixes, but the widget lets you know what to focus on as guidelines.

I like that the product is easy to install and configure. I also seems to work across the mobile and desktop version pretty seamlessly. I had no issues getting it installed and configured for our website. I like how you can scan the website and get reports to the level of compliance you are meeting.

The only issue I really have is that I am uncertain how much the pro version actually fixes on my website. I can see the reports it generates but do not have a way to validate our ADA compliance, it says I am 97% compliant but have no way to tell if that is accurate or not.

It was easy to implement on our website at a low cost, allowing us to improve accessibility for those who need it.

There are a lot of other features, but most are not readily necessary for what we need to do.
