Combined with excellent customer support and an easy online booking experience for our customers, it has significantly improved the way we manage birthday party bookings. Our customers can easily book from their mobile devices, which is essential. The online booking process works well across different devices and provides a seamless experience. Customer information and booking details are well organised and easy to access. Having everything stored in one place helps our team provide better customer service and manage repeat bookings. #### Cons Because the platform is so feature-rich, there is a learning curve when you're first setting it up and exploring all of its capabilities. However, the support team has always been available to help, making the process much easier. #### Reasons for switching to VenueSumo We switched from FareHarbor because it was difficult to use and didn't provide the flexibility we needed. One of our biggest frustrations was that FareHarbor charged our customers directly for their bookings, meaning we couldn't remove or absorb the booking fees ourselves. We wanted a platform that gave us greater control over the customer experience, offered more flexibility in managing our products and bookings, and was easier for both our staff and customers to use. But honestly, the best part is the team — they care SO much. We’ve used other systems before, and they nickel-and-dime you for everything. VenueSumo gives you everything you need at a fair price, no hidden costs, no headaches. They’re incredible. #### Cons Honestly, we really didn’t run into any major issues with VenueSumo. Compared to other systems we’ve used in the past, this one was a huge improvement across the board. If I had to come up with something, I’d say no system is ever 100% perfect — there’s always small tweaks or features you might want to see down the road. But the truth is, any time we had a suggestion or question, their team was already on it. Their support alone makes it hard to find a real “con” worth mentioning. #### Reasons for switching to VenueSumo Roller is the worst company I've ever dealt with in my 30 year career, ever. No incentive was offered Our bike park is quite unique in that on top of offering entertainment services for children we also provide lessons. This made all other booking software we used quite tricky, all excelling in one bit either non existent or very poor in the other service. However from day 1 VenueSumo has been listening to our needs and working closely with us to see how to adapt their system to suit our needs. Any have they delivered! The support team has been incredible, replying to emails and phone calls at any time. Our biggest hurdle of limiting lessons bookings to a different number based of daily capacity was overcome in no time. VenueSumo has been very adaptable and the communication top notch. We couldn’t be any happier as are our clients who find it so much easier to book a session online. Since using this software, the number of phone calls relating to booking issues has drastically reduced, and we couldn’t be any happier.
