Much better than previously stated but I'm still having to figure things out without support. In fact my recent experience with World Pay and our credit card terminals still has me and the two [sensitive content hidden] very upset and concerned that we are being told how we must receive credit card payments and the lack of terminal receipts and end of day balancing. I don't like that Client Communications, formerly Rapport doesn't go into the Medical Record without intervention. We are a mobile practice, so we are more often than not stallside when needing to pull up the patient's history. #### Cons The patient search function is not useful. We could type in the first 3-5 letters of a horse's name and it won't show the horse on the list of patients to choose from. When we are in a patient's file, click quick invoicing, it kicks us to the top of the owners list of horses instead of bringing us right to the patient's file we were just in. Conversion - pricing/packages/bundles corrupted so a lot of back end work to get ready 2. Not able to round up services/products to a quarter/half dollar/dollar. If I change the price to be an even number it loses the mark-up which is not ideal 3. Not able to add 2 inventory items to one product - have to create packages. This is confusing at cash out because team can see product, inventory and package. Hard to know which to choose. 4. What is the point of us using Rapport/Covetrus Comms if it doesn't reflect in the patient's history?? IT DOESN'T ALLOW ME TO LINK MULTIPLE ITEMS TO A SERVICE. Creating packages and procedure was easy and helpful. #### Cons I feel that client campaigns (SMS, email and post card) could be better as far as formatting and ease of use. I was told that I could not do text campaigns through Pulse and had to use Rapport.
