Love how it can be constantly and easily updated so your notes improves over time

AI doesn’t do too much - it occasionally predicts something you would like to add to notes but not that accurate

It's given me what I want. Consistency in recording the necessary information of a treatment visit and ease of use.

There are several things to like. First off, there is literally nothing else quite like it. Building templates is SO easy, it takes very little time to set up templates for a particular treatment. Support is excellent, they will walk you through any difficulties. Integration was extremely easy.

I really have no cons. I liked this from the moment I saw it and started using it.

I have been using Kiroku since 2019. As a general dentist who is constantly busy in practice, using Kiroku takes the stress away from writing notes. It enables my nurse/ assistant to click and type where needed whilst I talk to the patient and on the odd occasion if my nurse/ assistant has to leave the room I can still maintain the conversation with the patient whilst I click the necessary things on the template to record my notes in real time. It has enabled me to write consistently and capture everything discussed without the fear of forgetting things discussed at the consultation or at an appointment. There has not been a nursing assistant that I have worked with in some capacity over the last 4 years of using Kiroku who has not loved using it. I have even had colleagues ask me how my notes are written up so well! I tell them its all Kiroku!For me, Kiroku is an absolute must for any dentist who values their time and wants their working day to be as efficient as possible.

The intuitiveness, its ease and the swiftness of response from the team at Kiroku when help is needed with troubleshooting.

It seems as if the longer I've used Kiroku the less AI suggestions for my templates. It would be nice to see more AI suggestions for my templates in general to help reduce the time taken to record notes even more.

The smart templates help me write up full, easy-to-read and compliant patient notes in no time compared to typing them out. It saves me hours, nurses who can't write well love it.

The AI suggestions are slow to implement in my templates

Takes some of the pain out of writing dental notes. Nurses prefer it to the usual templates /quick notes etc
