There's no auto-offloading content from Wordpress/Learndash into Gumlet. Means everything has to be uploaded into Gumlet then embedded. No big deal, it's the same thing you'd do with Wistia.

No to many cons, however one of the big ones is the somewhat limited API. I have some issues about the learnig curve to operate properly.

The product does what it's supposed to do - it's well designed, generally and responsive. The interface is elegant, the workflow generally good. However, the thing that stands out is the responsive support. I never seem to catch them when they're not on top of things and responding. Almost every inquiry is answered within minutes.

They are a young company, so there are a few bugs here and there, and some workflow frustrations. (For example, if you change the processing profile at all, like adding another resolution - even a lower one later - you can't just reprocess the file, you have to reupload everything from scratch. So I hope you got it right the first time!)

Gumlet helps us to do that. The streaming experience has been faultless and we feel we're in good hands with the management of our video assets.

Gumlet is an excellent streaming service for a number of reasons. Firstly, perhaps the most important. It delivers excellent video quality across every platform. With its various CDNs streaming is super fast regardless of whether on a computer or smartphone. Secondly, the interface is intuitively designed. Within a minute of signing up, I was uploading content, categorising it and customising the player. A lot of thought has been given to the UX and the supporting documentation is very comprehensive. Third, the customer service is super responsive. They care and want to help, and that's what counts when you use a product like this.

No issues as of yet. It's doing what it's meant to do, and very well.

Uploading, sharing, and accessing videos is an absolute dream. I could not ask for anything easier!
