I like how much I can provide to my members. In fact, there are a couple features on Uscreen I have not been able to use quite yet but I'm excited about their feature and when I get to the point of being able to put them to use. Being able to connect with my members via Zoom and hearing their questions, being able to communicate with them more efficiently, has been a gamechanger. The members really appreciate it too. Cons: The platform does not have the opportunity to provide documents unless said document is attached to a video. With what I do, I provide a lot of documents such as patterns, charts, worksheets, and forms that don't naturally have a video to attach to sometimes and I have to spend extra time creating some kind of video just to provide a document to my members. It's cumbersome. Reasons for switching to Uscreen Their platform was messy and I was unable to do everything I wanted to do with my members on site.
