For our orginisation this replaced a pen and paper system for recording visitors and with an un-manned reception desk, provided a notification system and allowed any visitor to book in and be promptly seen. The confidentiality over a pen and paper setup, where any visitor could read through all previous visitors is of high priority to us and our guests. Each host get a sms and a mail for acknowledge visitor is at site.
