Best flip book
Customer service is amazing very responsive every time I get in contact.
PROSI am very impressive with the fact that I can embed the flip book into my website.
CONSI would say that maybe we can integrate our own custom code to the flip book

Paperturn for Printing Proofs
It's easy to use and so for it seems to accurately show our customers a preview of what their printed piece will look like.
PROSEase of use, along with the extra features and permissions come in real handy. We use them to customize each customer's proof Experience.
CONSUpload time to the server is pretty slow. It'd help us out a whole lot if it could create a high quality ePub file.
Reasons for switching to Paperturn
We could no longer trust that their flipbooks would accurately match the original PDF without some extra rigging via photoshop. Their software was causing some type to fade compared to the original PDF.

Very functional and it works
I do broschures twice a year, and share them with my customers.
PROSPaperturn is really easy to use, and it works. Once you have your pdf ready, it is a question of a few minutes and there you are, your book-reading-pdf is ready to be shared.
CONSThe fees are a bit too high, I would prefer to have a fee per order, not per month.

Dependable - Both the Product and Customer Service
Our client wanted a digital version on their annual benefits guide for healthcare open enrollment. In my past carriers, I have used similar products on the market, and was unhappy. Within my first chat with customer service, I was impressed and signed up for a free trial. Anytime I have had an issue, customer service was there to answer my questions (no matter how trivial!).
PROSMy favorite part of this product is that our client can use this on their desktop and phone and there is NO DIFFERENCE between the quality and ease of use. As an account manager, a happy client is the goal!
CONSThere was not one thing that I did not like; telling the truth!
