All in one webinar tool

We use it for webinars/training's etc. The tool has done a decent job and I would definitely recommend the tool to others.

Pros

Setup is quick and easy to use, intuitive UI. We can run a poll during the webinar and collect the data without any hassle.

Cons

Make sure you have an broadband for an uninterrupted audio and video communications. This is not an issue though. But just an heads-up.

Issues with Connectivity

In addition to issues with memory space on my computer, when compared to other virtual meeting platforms, I continually have issues getting the software to stay connected. I continually lose internet bandwidth, need to turn off my webcam, and also turn off my microphone for the software to stay connected. By the time you turn all those things off, I might as well have just called into the meeting.

Pros

The layout of the software is helpful during meetings- the videos, list of attendees and chat box are all easily accessible.

Cons

There are issues with how much memory the software takes up on my computer. When using this software, it uses so much memory that no other program (including simple internet browsing) will work or function.

Makes You Feel High-Tech!!

Pros

This is a great program to use for webinars. It's very easy to create and distribute logins, create/edit presentations. Very easy to use.

Cons

When I imported graphics/sounds, there was difficulty synching with the system. So I oftentimes I had to have the audio with me and play it through the speaker to make sure it played along with the webinar.

- Don't need to download the software. Meeting can assessed online. - Can share slides and receive detailed report after eash meeting.

Cons

- The microphone of the speakers often becomes mute. Need to manually signout and reenter the meeting.
